Put on inside of tent. Kept floor dry and soft. Would recommend.

This is a must have for under your tent. It kept us dry in massive rain! Nothing got through the bottom of the tent. It also kept our backs warmer than if the tent had been right on the ground.

Basic tarp like material to keep your tent and sleeping bag dry. It works as described and will be useful for many. Waterproof and solid construction. Soft side construction to keep the touch side comfortable. Tie down pins to keep it from floating in the wind.

This is a great footprint that has features I haven’t had before in others I’ve had. This has one side with a rubbery coating and the other is like felt, rather than just a tarp type material on both sides. This is great under our tent and I like the strong corner grommets it has. The stakes are a tad thin but with the weight of our tent over it that isn’t an issue. Make sure this footprint (or any footprint) DOESN’T extend out further than your tent floor. I see many people make that mistake. You don’t want rain and moisture gathering on top of the footprint and running down under your tent. Your footprint should be an inch or two smaller on all sides than your tent floor. Also make sure you hang this to dry after use in case there’s any moisture so it doesn’t mold when rolled up for storage. Speaking of- this also includes a sturdy strap to hold it securely when rolled up. I typically just fold our footprints but rolling it is a great way to store it as well.

I like this mat for protecting the inside of my tent. I recommend that you measure your tent to make sure you get the correct size mat and I recommend that you don’t use it the way the item description photos show. You’ll get water in your tent if you set it up the way those photos show it on the outside of your tent. The water will pool around the corners of your tent because the mat will prevent the water from soaking into the ground, then it will seep into your tent along the edges. If you place this mat under you tent to protect from rocks or sticks, make sure you fold edges so that they are completely under the tent to avoid the issue with water getting in. (You shouldn’t be able to see the mat sticking out from under the tent. The mat should completely fit under the tent.) If used correctly, this mat does a great job protecting your tent and your self from all the hazards of sleeping on the ground. The top side of the mat is soft (which is why I like to use it inside the tent) it feels great against you skin if you’re barefoot or laying down. The underside of the mat has the protective, rubbery layer that helps keep moisture out and keeps sharp rocks and sticks from poking thru. It works really well and is nicely made. It’s quality, overall is good. I do like and recommend this product. I rate it at 5 stars for the quality and value for the price. When used correctly, this mat offers great protection and some peace of mind.

This is a great footprint. That’s what campers call the mat that you put your tent on. This one is designed to be larger than the tent itself so typically you will use guidelines to study your tent because you don’t want the polls poking the hole in your footprint. When the footprint is the same size as the tent, there are usually grommets for your tent poles to go through.
This is a decent mat that’s made of quality material and rolls up and has a little carry strap. It has a waterproof side for the ground and a softer felt like side facing the tent. It’s nice to walk out with your bare feet onto a soft mat. Nothing fancy, but nothing expensive either.

This camping mat is just the thing I needed for my tent to make the ground not so hard. Now that it is more comfortable I can enjoy being in the tent with my family. It is really good quality too. I’ve been using it quite a bit and its still holding up.
