This worked great as a sun shade for the 8 person raft we rented on a float trip.
The trick is to insert the smaller rods first and then the 2 Big rods.

The shade poles to Keychain link is so shaky that the poles might jump out of place with the slightest boat movement. So we decided to disassemble the whole thing and just return it.

Not much to say, provides shade but, because of sewing mistakes, you need to spend some money getting the missed stitching restitched.

To the manufacturer: You should read the directions that were sent with this. They are aweful. We had 2 engineers with us and were able to set it up.
It worked like a charm. Even when there low trees it would either slide under or we would just disconnect the metal piece and insert them back in. A lot of couples with small children wished they had one, because they told us.
