The quality of this canopy is better than I expected given the price. The materials used and the quality is really good. It’s quite simple to put together but you will need at least two more people to set it up. It’s pretty stable once you put it together and use the provided tie downs. It’s perfect for events, BBQ’s in the park, pretty much anything. The only thing that might be an issue to some is that it is a bit heavy so would need another person or perhaps a wagon or hand truck to transport it. Great quality and value. I would have liked a darker color but I recommend it.

I got this for sun coverage in beach playtime with my family. I have a a sunshade umbrella but because the shade is round, the coverage isn’t great when the sun keeps moving. This square setup like a canopy seems to have a nice coverage, and I like that it’s lighter, despite being fairly large even when stored away. It comes with a nice carrying bag, takes a few min to set up, and the optional wall coverage is nice, too. I look forward to more beach trips!

First of all, I want to praise its portability. It is not heavy to stand. After folding it up, it is completely stress-free to put it in the trunk of the car. I can carry it away by myself. It is indeed simple to build. You can basically operate it after reading the instructions once. It is suitable for people like me who don’t like to study complex structures. The sunscreen is really good, which makes me very satisfied. We sunbathed at the beach for an afternoon. It was obviously cooler during exercise. The UPF50+ protection is not just talk. I also tested the windproof aspect. It was stable when encountering a small wind, and the sandbags and ropes were also convenient to use. However, if the wind is particularly strong, it is recommended to remove it in advance. After all, it is not a pollutant structure. The design of the cup holder is very considerate. You don’t have to worry about tipping over when drinking beverages, and there is also a place to put the children’s water cups. But a small suggestion, it would be better if there were more hooks or pockets. Now it can only hold water cups, and other things have to be placed on the beach.

Just received this beach umbrella tent today. As it’s still cold in Canada so it’s not possible to go to the beach and try it out yet. So I opened the package and assembled it in my backyard. The assembly was very straightforward and simple. The material is pretty good but not excellent. The centre pole is actually a screw like shape so you can drill into the sand. However it is not going to be strong enough so you would definitely need to have some weight support on the sides and something in the middle to weight it down. For this reason it is not a complete tent as this unit cannot be used alone in the wind. Any strong wind will tip it over it and you will need to weight it for sure.
Overall, not a bad tent for sure but some better product planning is required in order for this tent to work without issue in the beach. Imagine the embarrassment of having to set this thing up only to be blow off by some wind.
