   This tent was not as hard to assemble after I finally used it. The build quality makes if feel extra secure and my whole out of state family loved it. The takedown was just as easy.

   Once assembled, this is a really nice structure. Spacious, easy to get in and out of. Materials are of good quality. However we found putting it up was quite difficult and nearly impossible with any amount of wind. We attempted putting it together with two people on an average sunny day at a beach in Maine, with then normal amount of ocean breeze. We stopped having determined that it was dangerous to those around us as the wind just wanted to make it impossible to safely assemble. If you always have 4 or more people that can hold down all 4 corners of the unit while you try to thread the poles into the channels, then you’d probably be ok.

   They did not include the instructions and this thing is too frustrating to figure out without them! They could have at least posted it on here to download, but nope, they didn’t. This is not an easy and fast setup that’s appropriate for the beach, especially with no instructions! Do not buy this junk, it’s not worth the stress! For what they’re charging, they could have at least included it or put in their ad that instructions aren’t included, wasting customers time and money. After reading some other reviews about the same issue, there’s no way the company wasn’t aware of it, very dishonest to sell an item without letting customers know beforehand, only to find out when trying to set it up!

   If you have put up a tent before, putting this shelter up will be no problem, you will need a little help, my husband was not so helpful. I would say you need at least 3 people for the first time you set it up. We had it up for a week, with a large motorcycle, 4 coolers, a table, and at least 3 totes under it. There was still enough room for food preparation. It rained every day that week, with hale, high winds and lots of rain. Nothing under the fabric sides got wet. We r buying another one to go in front of our tent, and so that the motorcycle can have more walls. it was difficult to get it back in the bag it came in, but that’s pretty standard.
