This tent with such price should have not given me troubles, however internal light has not been working since I bought. I have opened a case with manufacturers, also during communication I mentioned any my other USB(charge) power supply can bring tent light on, however two of power supplies provided by manufacturer can not bring the tent light on. Now they want me to send the tent back for further trouble shooting. I have wasted too much time on this problem. This is just a piece of crap.

This tent is great very light and integrated well into my pack I was very disappointed the poll set was packed by the supplier in such a way the poll set puncture a hole in the stuff sack before it was sent to me other then that im very happy with the mtnglo feature and the gear loft tent body is also an overall great design

I’ve had this tent for a couple years and have spent maybe 20 nights in it in various environments – Baja California, Southern California desert and offshore islands, and even camping in British Columbia. The tent is well-designed and comfortable for one person. The built-in lights are handy and can be powered via any USB power source. And as one would expect the tent is very light and packs well in a backpack or kayak.
However – it is very fragile. I’ve had a pole break in moderate winds despite having the tent securely staked out. Worse by far, the zippers are ridiculously susceptible to jamming, broken teeth and coil failure. A google search for “big agnes tent zipper problems” shows this is a common problem with the tent.
Customer service is not on par with the price of this equipment. The company has no ability to replace zipper assemblies (the tents are made in China) and the best they could offer was a partial credit towards purchase of a new tent. Guess I’m spoiled by Patagonia’s lifetime warranty on their products, where they replace or repair any of their items at no cost.

Arrived ripped and damaged, clearly used and returned by someone then sent out to us. Shocked at the state of this item since it’s a high value item. Don’t buy this item here, try a smaller retailer who will take the due care. So disappointed at the awful customer service here and just really poor experience.

5 stars for the tent itself. I found one locally. It is very light and easy to pitch, and packs into the smallest package I have ever seen a 2 person tent go into.

This Tent is fairly light weight, well thought out, and easy to assemble. There are several ways to configure the door flaps. The led light strips are a nice addition. Fast delivery, well packaged. I added a Tyvek tarp to protect the bottom of the tent while setting up the tent.
