Used this product successfully on two occasions before it was completely unusable on the third. First two times were pleasantly straight forward and the set up was easy. The third time we ran into issues, namely, the middle portion could not be pushed up to extend the height. After failing to set up correctly, we regrouped and tried to do some research online to see what the issue was. Within a few hours the canopy had failed to withstand light wind and rain and the suffered a total collapse. Only had this product for about 6 weeks and used a total of 3 times with the third time failing miserably. As far as I can tell, there is no way to reach the company and get any kind of support.
Update: I did receive support and felt that they were helpful and were motivated to make things right. I appreciate the customer service support. As mentioned in my review, the first 2 set ups were very easy and intuit and was a good experience. The 3rd experience was disappointing and frustrating but its good to know that this company believes in their product and are willing to take action when needed.

I’m a solo woman camper and after my last canopy frame collapsed in a windstorm, I determined to get something that would stand up to the elements. I think I found it. This frame is built like a truck and it is heavy. I would say over 50 pounds. My carrier did not come with wheels; order one that does if it’s available. It’s not terribly hard to walk out by myself and it does snap into place with one shove up on the center pole , IF you are muscular and at least 5’6. For smallish women like me, here’s the drill: you will need a step stool with a wide base; a 12 inch utility stool was fine for me. Walk the frame out, spread the canopy and Velcro the corners. Get underneath the frame with the step stool nearby, push up, use the stool to help you push further until it clicks in place. If you can’t make that happen, grab two of the spokes and push up. Taking it down is no problem.

Husband able to set it up on his own but would be faster and easier with 2 people. Arrived on time. Husband loves that he can bbq in the rain now without getting wet. Have only had it a few weeks so not certain about durability but it has withstood some very strong winds.

I purchased this to shade me from the blistering sun while I work laying paving stones. The design is good but be sure to weigh it down on windy days or it might take off for Kansas.

I was excited for this canopy… then I got it set up. Very disappointed. The legs don’t stand straight because they are thin and cheap. The whole piece stands crooked. I can’t use this for anything…. don’t buy it.
