I am disappointed. I accidentally bought two and returned one and used it for camping. It was unsuitable for the cold season, and the zipper always caught the fabric of unzipping your tent. You have to do it very carefully. I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom since it was so cold. I rushed to open it, but it was stacked in the middle; it took me a while to fix and unzip, and when I unzipped the fly, it totally messed up and stacked again, not even halfway, and eventually and I couldn’t get out. Luckily there is two doors of the tent I was very carefully open the other door of net tent and fly to get off. and in the morning I did try to unzipped bit because of dew it was very wet and when I unzipped the fly the zipper broke and torn. I got so expensive and its not worth it. I was also so frustrated and because I did not get a protection they wont change the fly. I also call there costumer service and its so frustrating its seems that its not the right number or an AI just said Hi I am Jessica and just keep on and on talking a bnk out medical alert. I hang up and double check if the I dialed the right number and its the same voice.saying the thing about medical alert.
