These things are legit. If you don’t need the 2ft ones I would go with the 1ft ones but I had a large event tent I wanted to use these on. They worked well. I bought a large 1/2 impact to drive them and pull them. I thought my regular impact could not handle driving 22 of these bad boys.

Because we usually camp at coe camgrounds, I should have gotten the 24″ first. The 12″ hold great but not in the damp soil/fine gravel that these sites use. When these arrived, I pulled the 12″ up and installed the 24″. Pulled on my straps to tighten and they stayed tight. Highly recommend these and the 12″ to cover a myriad of situations.

Unlike the competition, these have a very small head which means they require specialized hardware that fits over the screw threads without slipping past the head. This hardware is either sold separately for insane prices ($3 a washer in packs of 6!) or included in a bundle for a couple of dollars more.
Either way, avoid these!

I was impressed by how easily these went into the ground with my cordless Dewalt impact driver (DCF887).
Used a 3/4″ socket.
So far, it’s holding where an inexpensive spiral ground stake had failed.
Yes, Groundgrabba are much more expensive, though!
