   First day using this tent and there’s a square shaped hole in the side. Sadly there is no patch kit included with this tent. I had purchased the Asurion protection plan (don’t even bother purchasing that nonsense) and submitted a claim only to have it denied saying that the tent was still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. So I try to reach out to the manufacturer but the website whatcampingtent.com provides is not the correct company. They had responded back and told me they don’t even make tents. So I use the QR code found on the instructions that came with then tent… nope. Page comes up as an error. Even good ol’ Google wasn’t able to help me find the manufacturer for this tent. All I want is a patch kit for this thing- the temporary one we used on the fly from our blow up mattress isn’t a permanent solution, and I think it’s ridiculous that I’m not able to get any decent customer service on this product. Despite the fact that I actually really like the tent, this whole experience has been ruined by the inability to get any resolution for the gaping hole in the side of it. I’m extremely dissatisfied. *** I’m editing this review and giving 5 stars due to the customer service I received. After I posted my review, the correct seller (YZJ-Store) reached out to me directly and quickly resolved my issue. I’m very impressed with the concern they showed and the promptness with which they strived to make things right! Due to their customer service, I will definitely be purchasing from this company again.

   This tent is huge and is an amazing summer tent but not a good winter tent. It is not waterproof. We got stuck in a rain storm and it was leaking from the sides and top even with the rain fly. If you use a tarp above it’ll help. Love the color of the brown tent. Easy to set up. Would repurchase.

   Buena casa, lo que me gustó es que está amplia y cupieron 3 colchones matrimoniales en forma horizontal sin problema, un poco delgada, si pasamos un poco de frío, pero está bien… Le daría baja puntuacion al cierre de la puerta, lo siento un poco frágil y se atora mucho, pero por el precio vale la pena, fue buena inversión

   We had a 10×14′ straight wall tent that was quite old and we needed a new 10 person tent. We had ordered a different tent but it never came. Our camping trip was quickly approaching so I found this one that arrived just 2 days after ordering! It was easy to set-up. I did a quick trial run in my front yard before going to the mountains. All of the poles and everything were included! The poles fit very snug, but made me nervous they might break when setting it up, but it was fine. I think that’s why it’s more windproof than our last one. The tent is huge, way bigger than our last. The walls are mostly straight, so it’s not much different, just bigger. It took me an a few kids no more than 15 minutes to set it up from start to finish with the rainfly and all. I didn’t need to look at the diagram much either. The poles are different colors so you put it in the right spot. We love it and it was very waterproof. It rained everyday in the mountains and we didn’t have any leaks or anything. Highly recommend!

   Me gustó el tamaño de la casa, la relación precio calidad es muy buena a diferencia de otras. Los materiales se sienten de buena calidad aunque la lona no es la más gruesa, las costuras estaban bien, los cierres sin malos acabados, la altura para mí era importante ya que mido 1.85 y me sobraba para estar cómodo. La instalación es rapida y fácil con 2 personas, lo mismo para desinstalar. Las partes móviles ayudan a ventilar y las ventanas grandes ayudan a la entrada de aire. Recomendable

    Tent poles looked used. 2 of the poles weren’t colored as the instructions, so a little more difficult to put up in the dark for the first time.

    Definitely roomy for an adult, a teenager, and 2 kids, along with great head room. It would be pretty tight with no gear to put 10 people in there, more like 8. Zipper gets stuck between the changes in waterproofing flap changes. Take down is like most tents, not the easiest to fold and roll up.
