I had let lawn die in preparation for drought resistant landscaping and put down plastic sheeting prior to covering back yard with bark chips or rock. Problem was had to weigh the plastic sheeting down with heavy objects to keep in place. These stakes were the perfect answer for my needs. I still have some left over and plan to use in front of house when lay down some fabric in preparation for landscaping there. The fact biodegradable only a plus but nice to know.

This is a generous box of landscape stakes for securing weed fabric. I did not realize these came in a biodegradable form, and the cost is very reasonable. I rent a garden plot from a community garden, and there are a lot of rules about what you can and cannot use. One of the rules is that they encourage use of biodegradable products (or you remove them in the end). These stakes make it a whole lot easier to use weed fabric when I know I do not need to go back and find the stakes to remove them in the future. I’m very happy with this product.
