It straight up lasted 11 months in the Florida sun, wind, and rain. Had I treated the fabric with a waterproofing agent, it likely would’ve lasted longer. I only took it down for the hurricanes. The anchor points are reinforced, the stakes it comes with are robust enough to hold it down, the fabric is sturdy, and I never had a single problem with one of the zippers. Great product for the money

I took this to church camp as a clothes changing place in the cabin. The camp is rustic with plain one-room cabins; I had measured to make sure it would fit and had to move the beds a bit to do so, but it worked out great. The only drawback was getting it small enough to go back into the carrying case because the directions included were not clear. I located multiple youtube tutorials which I will have to watch again for next year’s camp!
