Setting this tent up is a breeze—just spread it out, weigh down the corners, and prop it up with the poles. But here’s the catch: when I tried setting it up in the park on the grass, those poles kept doing a little dance and falling down. I probably should’ve pulled the corners out more, but hey, live and learn! The material feels decent, though I’m betting it’ll only last a couple of summers. So, while it’s a cool setup for some shade, just be ready for a little trial and error if you’re on anything other than the beach.

I had a very hard time with this. The only reason I didn’t give it less stars was because the day we went to the beach it was extremely windy, so I’m going to give it the benefit of the doubt and say that it might be easier to set up on a less windy day. we could not get this set up at all. We tried many different ways, but the poles would never stay standing and would easily fall over. We did see someone else at the beach with the same thing and it looked as though they had a hard time getting theirs to stand up as well . I do plan on using this in the backyard and hopefully it will stand better. Also, one of the poles got bent very easily when trying to get this up at the beach.
