This is an amazing tent for 1 person (or a smaller couple that doesn’t mind cuddling inside). It is very spacious for me, being 6’2″. The rainfly clips into the bottom of the corners (or the foot pad which is a MUST BUY if you get this tent) so that the wind doesn’t rip it off on it’s own. The inner framework is super easy to put together, even on a first try or in low light. The directions to put it together are actually sewn into the bag that you carry it in. If you buy the foot pad, you can store it in the side pocket of the bag it comes in too which is great.
Living in the PNW, I backpack quite a bit and this tent works great in high precipitation and winds. I had virtually no problems with it during a storm, and was able to hang a lantern and some clothes from the top framework with a net it comes with. The stakes and rope it comes with work great if you set it up properly. If you are looking for a cheap first backpacking tent, I would highly recommend this!

Too wet and windy in Ireland at the moment to use this but I have put it up several times in the garden, lots of space inside looking forward to using it in May.

Surprisingly good 1.5 person tent with a lot of headroom and a large vestibule. You can probably squeeze 2 thin people in here snugly. The quality of fabric is durable and makes the packed tent a little bulky and heavy. Free standing tent with the exception of the vestibule that requires staking.

Aún no lo pongo a prueba pero la calidad de los materiales y el peso me gustó, por este precio es una buena compra

Great like all of the other Alps tents of same construction and general design. (Netted inner layer, wind rain fly layer, nice compact yet effective stakes, built in thicker floor and awesome rods that magnetically sink into place masking 1 man assembly even easier)
Compact but not too small inside. I could have got the side entry one cheaper but this one seems to be most minimal overall imprint space needed on ground and having doorway flap at my feet is what I prefer.
Stayed dry inside through thick morning fog and mist. Netting layer is super fine and keeps out bugs and even repels a little water.
This is another big bang for your buck tent from Alps.

This tent has far and away exceeded my expectations of what I thought a tent under $100 could ever deliver. I just took this on a hiking and backpacking trip around the southwestern U.S. for a month and a half, and this thing handled snow, rain, and heavy wind with ease. Super fast and easy setup, and very roomy inside. I could sit up easily and read a book if I wanted. I am 6’2″ and it was the perfect length for me, but if you were taller it wouldn’t work so well. Width was more than adequate for me and any other things I wanted to keep inside the tent. There is one pocket near the floor on the right side of the tent, and another that hooks into 4 loops on the ceiling of the tent like a hammock style. It was quick and easy to fold back up and put in the stuff sack again every morning, and also lightweight to carry on my bag. I figured I’d just get this tent and then get a better one when I got home, but after this being my home for so long, I am sticking with it. One more thing about this tent, the floor saver is a must have piece of this tent that is sold separate. It makes this thing much better, you will definitely want it.
