   I purchased this tent for use during a 10 day Philmont hike with the Scouts. I used the tent once this July for a training hike. I set it up for a second time in August and the pole snapped as I set it up. (See attached photo) It was after the 30 day whatcampingtent.com return period. They (Big Agnes) not only refused to send me a new pole, but they would not allow me to purchase a new one. I was told “they don’t sell parts”. I sent the pole in to be repaired and that was over a month ago and I still did not get it back. I have Marmot tents and Eureka tents and never experienced anything like this. I absolutely do not recommend this tent or this company. I have no confidence this tent would survive in the field on the 10 day hike in Philmont that I purchased it for.
