   When I set it up for the first time, I couldn’t believe how easy it was! The quality and color pallet is beautiful. Folding it up and putting it back in the carry bag was incredibly easy as well. This was really designed very well. I was particularly pleased that the carry bag is a little bit larger than really needed, so fitting the screen house back in the bag was absolutely no hassle or trouble at all. That has always been my pet peeve: usually the the nylon bags that come with tents, chairs, hammocks etc. etc. are just barley large enough to hold the item, so I spend 10 minutes trying to get the item back in the bag and zipped up. Thank you CORE for making the carry bag a generous size so it is easy to insert and zip the bag. I appreciate the shoulder strap on the bag which makes the whole thing light and easy to carry. I am thrilled with this product.

   The first couple of days I really liked this tent. It was easy to set up and lightweight. However, I got it to keep bugs out, and what it does is keep bugs in. No matter what I’ve done there have been more bugs stuck inside the tent, then I would have had to deal with one an opened sided Canopy. The netting also rips very easily. It works better without the tarp you can put underneath of it. If it rains, the tarp just gathers water. I really wanted to like this product.

   This is promoted as a screenhouse, and it does that job well. I especially like the 12 x 10 size, which fits campground picnic tables. My camping adventures will be bug free. This was fairly easy to set up. I did not set up before our trip and was caught in the rain trying to set this up (my bad!). Obviously, with any outdoor equipment, it is a good idea to set it up before it is critical, so you can understand it first. I didn’t do this. But even in the rain I was able to figure this out and get it set up. It is a complete tarp/pole system that unfolds. I was able to figure it out, but I can understand why other people may get frustrated. NOTE: I ASSuMEd that this would also be weather resistant. It was not. We had a lot of rain on our camping trip, and the rain seeped through the nylon roof and dripped, and the slanted screen sides spattered drops from trees. So this would be fine for a passing shower. But for sustained rain it won’t keep the table beneath dry. I think I will need a separate tarp above the screenhouse. If you want something that is both a screenhouse AND a weather/storm tarp, you may want to look elsewhere. In the end , this product worked well, as advertised. Be aware of what is advertised.

   I don’t know how to rate this, because the first one broke the first time we were trying to fold it back. One of the connections snapped and broke. I really needed a screen house for camping, so quickly ordered another one. It worked well. At night a bear came and tried to lift it from one of the corners. A few times. Then it came to my car and tried to open the door. What a night. But it did no damage to the screen house, so that’s good. I’ll probably return the broken one and keep the second one. Plus, when it arrived, I realized that it matches my tent, which is also Core. Love that tent. The screen house is worth the money and so useful to have when camping. How long it will last – the time will tell. I don’t think I’ll want to camp again in the bear country though. I thought I ordered a new one, but it arrived with a sticker “whatcampingtent.com Warehouse.” Are those used ones? The internal box looked damaged. But the screen looked ok, so I’ll close my eyes on this. The only minus is that it’s not so comfy to bend each time to unzip it. Maybe in addition to zip it could also have self-closing magnets? Like the ones we have on the door screen. But these are just some ideas. If you don’t walk in & out very often, then it should be fine.

   Great screen house! Purchased for camping to have a mosquito-free place to cook, eat & hang out. Worked great, fit 8 ft. picnic table (photo) with ~2-3 ft on each side and ~1ft on each end to move around. Set up and take down were super easy and fast (love the design). It fit back into carry bag easily (huge plus for transport and storage). CONS: -small gnats got through the mesh -the lip at the bottom wouldn’t stay put (ended up weighting with rocks & firewood) -storage pockets only above 1 door (wish pockets were above both doors)

   Easy set up. Looks sturdy if it’s well secured. We used some sand bags so it’s even more grounded.. Nice color. Black gauze which is important to be able to see through from inside. The tent fits around a picnic table at the state park with room to move around a little bit but not much, but it’s ok. Loved the double zipper on the two entries. It was a super good buy.

   Used this screen house on sand under very windy conditions for 3 days and 2 nights. Easy to set up and take down. There is about a 5-10 minute learning curve to the set up and take down the first time. Nice that the set up and take down instructions are attached to the storage bag. The screen mesh openings are small enough to keep most bugs out. Bugs that did get into the screen house came when we entered or left and possibly due to a few gaps between the sand and the base of the house. For securing in sand, you will need much longer tent stakes then the stakes that are included. I already had the stakes since I have camped on sand before. The interior feels spacious and easily accommodated a 72″ x 30″ folding table and two chairs. I believe the screen house is large enough to accommodate 5-6 chairs around the table. Overall, I’m very pleased that the screen house kept the bugs out, provided shade and did not blow over.

   I purchased this screenhouse through whatcampingtent.com and I was so excited to use it this weekend. I even had it sent to the campground to be sure we have it for the long weekend. When it arrived, we noticed that it was probably a returned item by the way the box had been taped up. I was sorely disappointed when I got into it and realized that there were missing parts!! The following were missing… the rainfly, the stakes and most importantly, the thing you put the batteries in!!! We decided to go ahead and set it up anyway cuz we needed the shelter. While doing so, we noticed a small hole in the big flap thing on the bottom of the structure. It looked like maybe someone hit it while putting in the stakes. Not that big of a deal. We hadn’t brought the proper lights because we thought the screenhouse would have sufficient lighting. Let’s just say, trying to play games with flashlights is not fun!! Pretty much our weekend was ruined because of this. There was another camper that had the same screenhouse so I asked if we could just borrow the battery pack to see the lights in action. They don’t work!!! Actually, they work on the dim setting but when you try to turn on the actual light, only one side of them work. I expect this kind of thing from no name brand items, but not a well known reputable manufacturer such as Core. Highly disappointed! I don’t really know where to go from here because I liked the screen house, just don’t think I trust Core anymore. Was going to buy the matching tent but now I need to find a suitable replacement. Sad! Sent this exact review to Core’s customer service and they told me it was whatcampingtent.com’s issue not theirs and I needed to take it up with them!!!! Don’t think you can trust Core to solve issues!
