I have 3 categories that I require 3 different tents..
Overlanding, backpacking & kayak camping. This tent is too heavy for backpacking I’ll stick with my Nemo hornet ul tent. Kayak camping it’s a bit long when folded up. But with car camping or overlanding it is a game changer. I love this tent…..
It is made of high quality. My favorite part is the ease of setting up & taking down this tent. It has plenty of room inside. It does very well with weathering storms plenty stable in high winds as long as you stake it out properly. I haven’t had any issues with this tent. I have owned many tents and all of them have had their pros & cons. This is a great tent for camping in all climates from deserts to rain forests. In summer i run a small usb fan in winter i just use my down sleeping bags. It holds up well in heavy rain falls. If you can afford the weight & size, this is the perfect tent. It is very comfortable. This tent is made of thicker materials compared to my ultralight tent. It should be way more durable. I had talked to several other gazelle tent owners before purchasing mine, they were happy with their purchases.

Great fabric and construction but needs bigger windows and must redesign easy acces doors. Nice color.

Extremely easy set up that was much more durable and stronger than expected! We love the way the bottom of the tent detaches for a quick easy clean out verse the traditional sweep.. overall very satisfied

Very easy to assemble. Plenty of room. Very good quality product.
A little fussy with the zippers. Takes up more room in the Bronco.

This is a great, very heavy-duty tent. I use this for overlanding and setup it a different place every day or 2. very easy setup. While it is big and heavy when packed up, I can live with it and have the room

I like the tent it has potential it’s made well as far as the material. The only problem I had was the rain fly. Metal attachment fell off. I didn’t realize it until everything was back in the bag so I had to unbag everything and glue it back onto the stick. It was glued on to begin with so I’ll get over it. This was just a test set up in my backyard. I have not yet brought it out camping, but I’m sure it will be sufficient. It is easy to set up however, on the rain fly, you have to cave in a side to put it on just a heads up

So ease of set is where this type of Gazelle tent reigns supreme. One person can get this up and staked down in less than 5 minutes. Tear down is just as fast. The quality of the material is very robust (and heavy) and while I never tested it in the rain it faired very well in the rain in online videos.
The bad news: T3 is too small in height. Anyone over 5’5″ cannot stand up in it. This also means all this overhead height is wasted space when you are in there because you’ll be crawling around. It also makes it 57″ long when folded. If Gazelle was going to make it soo short, just make it at height where people will have to crawl around on their knees but make the height smaller so when when folded up its only like 40″. The placement of the two doors at the corners is weird. With two mattresses inside, they will have to placed next to each other in the center of the tent If you place them near the exterior walls you will have to walk over your mattress to enter and exit. I will be avoiding all gazelle tents for the door placement. I much prefer a door(s) in the center of a wall where you can put the mattresses on the sides.
