   I ordered this thing two months ago and have been orbiting it while waiting for the weather to warm up enough so that I could test it. All that anticipation an finally – what an awesome tent! It’s huge! The materials and build quality are excellent. Once up, it looks great. It works great.

   Details… I put it up by myself. It took a while and I should have gotten help. I’m going to find a volunteer to help take it down. More hands make light work. Too few hands makes many many bad words. I put the tent up in a semi sheltered area. As such, it didn’t see the full force of the wind storm that the NOAA warned about. It did stay put and did not break or tear or anything. It has also withstood a few hours of rain and it had maybe an 1/8 inch of snow on it the other morning. No leaks.

   This tent is huge!!! I have another large tent, not as big as this one, and this one is larger, lighter, and easier to put up.

   The fact that this has a a stove jack is great. Attached a picture of my wood stove inside the tent.

   You could easily take the family camping in this, but it wouldn’t always be easy to find a clearing big enough for this tent, so keep that in mind.

   Overall I think it’s a great fit for us. It will nice to have when we go places we know we can use it.

   I like this glamping tent a lot, but it did have some issues to be aware of. the first thing is it is not 16 foot as advertised, it is just under 15 foot and that was a disappointment for me. The information says it is 16ft with an area of 186 sq ft, but it is closer to 175 sq ft. If it were 16 foot it would have an area of 201 sq ft and 25 square feet does make a difference, so just be aware that the dimensions they give you are off. It is easy to put up, it took us about 30 minutes the first time because we had to figure things out. The directions were not great though the illustrations helped. Next time it should take about 15 to 20 minutes with two people, less with more people and more time with one person. The stakes they include are good for the floor but may not be enough for the sides. Once the floor stakes are in you stake the top in eight places and add poles. Are ground in some areas is a bit soft and so when had a few issues getting the tension needed. It is also important to set this up on a very level area, we didn’t have that option at the time. We were between snow storms and really wanted to set up and check it out for camping this coming summer. We set it up and left it for three days knowing we were expecting 20 to 30 mile an hour winds. Winds are a common problem camping in the Rockies and we wanted to see how it held up in the wind. The ground was not perfectly even and the tent was bit askew as a result, but not to bad considering the slope. With a little adjustment we got it to an acceptable place. The tension stakes that were in the softer ground came out in the high winds, but the ones in harder ground held and even though three stakes came out and four sides collapsed it did stay up which surprised me. I have much more robust stakes/anchors I will use next time. Despite the issues with the soft ground, the tent itself is surprisingly sturdy and I was impressed with how it held up. The string system for venting and sealing the top of the tent is both great and a pain. Each set is like drawing a blind, one pulls is open and one closed. The challenge is they get tangled easy. There was no real information on these or how they worked, we didn’t realize what they were until the tent was full assembled and we played with them. It is a great system to open and close the vent, but no good way to keep all 8 double strings organized or keep them from tangling. I am working on a solution for this issue. The real challenge is that because there was no information and we didn’t even know they were there until the tent was set up, we did not check how they were secured. All but two came undone and fell inside the tent leaving the vent open in the winds. This is an easy fix, check and redo the knots before setting up. We had to restring most of them when we were taking down the tent. It required two people, one outside and one inside and took about 45 minutes to untangle feed them through, tie them, and test them, just a big pain. My advice is to carefully check each knot on the vent strings before setting up anything. In addition to the wind we had some rain and light snow. The tent stayed dry inside while we had it up. On the outside the moisture beaded up and was easy to shake off. I love that the windows are all doors so you can open them up, or just use an door you need to. The floor can be unzipped and the sides lifted, we did not do this due to the wind issues but this could be a great feature. I don;t like the way the floor zipper meets at the edges. It leaves a gap that could be pushed open by an animal or squeezed through by a mouse or other rodent. I do think I can find a solution for this issue too. There is plenty of room for two or three air mattresses, tables, chairs, or whatever you need. Great for a family or for a serious glamping. We have 11 acres and plan to set this up on a platform we will build and use it as a guest glamping tent as well as using it for a group camping trip. Empty you could easily get 16 to 20 people in it for a meeting, not what most people might need it for but I teach workshops and this would work for that. Overall this is a great tent, it is well made and holds up well to wind and rain. I look forward to getting a lot of use out of it, when I can find a camping spot large enough to set it up. I deducted one star for a few reasons, the sized being off I find annoying, the lack of a way to organize the strings for the vent, the floor zipper issue, and the lack of good instructions, especially for the vent. The stakes are probably good for most peoples needs and are better than what most tents include. Just keep in mind your needs might need something a bit beefier to maintain the integrity in high winds. I do highly recommend this tent, I do wish it was a bit bigger.

   Warm and comfortable spacious design, it’s a little work to set up but very worth it, waterproof and leak proof material, durable and secure zippers, take a step up from camping and get ready to glamp.

   This is an amazingly spacious tent that is attractive and well-designed. My family uses it more for backyard gatherings and sleepovers than for camping in the wild, and it works nicely for having a place to come in out of the sun during parties. The material is heavy duty and construction seems to be durable. Zippers work well. The ability to either zip up the windows or open them to allow generous amounts of airflow is an excellent design. Set up was not difficult, even for us inexperienced campers. It’s not the most portable design, but not bad for the size, and this is not something that you’re going to haul very far anyway…it’s better for taking out of your vehicle and setting up nearby, or like us, using near the house. It is glamping after all!

   I was very excited to get this tent and I LOVE it‼️ easy fast set-up. I set it up all by myself. The side walls all zip together for a wind proof , rainproof seal. Easy to open the windows and/or doors to Customize and use it anyway you wish. Each leg has hard plastic clips. All the side walls are sturdy when put in place. All of the zipper are strong. I connect the doors side to expand the square footage of my van at campsite. Easy to install air conditioner inside. I AM VERY IMPRESSED! This is a good looking tent. With 187 Sq Feet of interior space my whole family can comfortably fit. You can only use the canopy + add the windows + add the walls. For a beautiful view and privacy addition to you campsite
