   We put up a pretty elaborate Christmas display which includes about 15 inflatables–some as tall as 12 feet. Needless to say, the stakes that come with most of these inflatables aren’t very good. So I ordered these to beef things up a bit. These are really nice quality and stay anchored very well. You can use the enclosed hand wrench or use an impact driver with a 15mm socket to drive them into the ground. These have a ring attached to the top to secure your rope or cable. You get six in this pack, along with the hand wrench and a nice quality bag to store them in.

   I don’t have any projects for this until probably Spring. They are very heavy duty though and will work very well in the hard ground here in North Alabama. I’ll probably have to use a breaker bar to finish the install here but the little lug wrench will provide a great starting point. Most likely I’ll be using them to anchor my drive-thru carport I have yet to build. I consider these to be more for permanent anchoring but would work really well for staking and thing temporary too like a tent. Great product. Great value.

   These stakes are super heavy duty and have a ton of holding strength! Before using these you’re definitely going to want a impact driver with a 15mm socket so that you can install them quickly. The tool they provide works in a pinch but is very slow. Additionally if you hit a big root or rock you won’t be able to get through it and will need to move the ground screw to a different location in order to get it installed, the powered impact is pretty much necessary.

   I use 4 of these to anchor the corner stays on my 10×20 canvas carport. They work great, and sinking them into the ground couldn’t be easier with an impact drill.

   Kit came with 6 stakes, 1 driver bit adapter (for an impact drill) and 1 manual bit tool. Sinking these was easy enough that after a day of high winds and the initial stretch of the lines, I just unscrewed and moved the anchors a few inches further out, was far easier than retying any lines.

   They’ve held up just fine now for a week of 18-30mph winds daily.

   These little anchors are a must have for anybody doing an outdoor camping even on the beach just bring an impact and drill it into the ground, no more trying to find a hammer and pounding and pounding and pounding to anchor down your outdoor carpet or tent or whatever it may be that you need You can never have too many of these as we tend to end up, loaning them out to fellow campers who have not yet discovered these these are must have in any campers bag, especially with the winds we’ve had in Arizona

   Purchased these anchors for securing our patio mat for the rv when camping. The supplied socket works great with my impact driver. Hold is excellent, however, if using on packed crushed limestone it was a little difficult to get into the ground. I simply drove it in with an hammer until the auger contacted the ground then use impact driver. Great product in my opinion, supplied carry bag is a plus.

    At first I didn’t like these. I had gotten spoiled by a much more expensive brand. Initially, I thought these would not unscrew out of the ground, and would just spin in place. However, I was using them in my yard where the soil is very sandy and loose, so they couldn’t really bite to unscrew. I tried them again at a local park with more established soil and they worked much better because they could bite into the ground. One of the screws did require me to pull up slightly while unscrewing, but that’s not a big deal. They aren’t perfect, but considering the price and considering they hold very well, even in mostly sandy soil, I’d say that are an excellent value and I would recommend them.
