I purchased the 10×15 size in coffee in late November 2021. The tarp was set up in a tipi style and left standing for 5 weeks without taking it down. It rained 4-6 times with some rains lasting over 6 hours and a sleet and wet snow of 3”. It never leaked, did not blow over, never collapsed, never tore or lost any guy line points. This tarp is of reasonable quality, fit and finish for the price. It is actually a good value for the money spent. I believe with reasonable care it would last at minimum several seasons. Any tarp will fail under adverse conditions and rough handling. I also own a Kelty 12 and I can say it does not match the materials, fit and finish but it’s 2-3 times less in cost. With any product or service in life you usually get what you pay for. I would buy this tarp again without hesitation.

Excellent quality tarp that came in handy for recent camping trip to help keep things dry. This is a nice big size and lots of tie down loops to keep it taught and secure. A nice waterproof thickness and the functionality of this tarp is numerous – I think we will get good use out of it as it looks built to last far more than your average tarp. The waterproof bag, stakes and ropes are great and easy to store all together.

I want to start off by saying that this is a piece of nylon so anyone expecting this to outlast a tarp of any other material should probably reconsider how they think about life. That being said for a nylon tarp this seems to be extremely tough it went well through 10 mph winds and has tie outs at very convenient spots. It can be used in multiple settings and for multiple purposes. my only gripe would be that since it is a nylon tarp most people that will be making a tarp tent will find that it is extremely scary knowing that there is no type of reinforcement at the center grommet to relieve wear and tear if you put a stick inside of that part of the tent even though it is nylon I feel like that could have been done for the same price. As far as packability for a 10×10 tarp it’s extremely small and extremely lightweight and you would be missing out on a great tarp if you chose not to purchase this one for hiking.

Thought i was purchasing a free soldier tarp as per ad. This does not appear to be a free soldier tarp. Will try it out for now but am getting tired of the false advertising on whatcampingtent.com.

This polyester tarp is cost effective. Packs better than the standard poly types you see at the big box stores, and is not as noisy. Has a a lot of tieouts, includes a # of basic aluminum stakes, and longer guy lines. I used primary for a week in the mountains at a cabin as sun sail and it did the trick. Later, in the week rain came and we moved to another area around the cabin to protect from the weather. (The cabin is not large enough for everyone so some sleep outside on the deck and watch stars). Tarp did not leak. (note… personally I enjoyed messing around with it to see how we could use… rain shield, sun shield, ground tarp, wind screen etc

I hit the jackpot! This tarp arrived in only five days via Canada Post. I opened up my new 3X3 tarp and inspected every inch. Every tie out point had secure stitching with 1st class workmanship. The tarp has one seam down the length of the ridgeline. The loops on the ridgeline (with reinforced material) appeared to be folded into the panels and then stitched together for a secure connection. The entire length of the seam is taped on the inside. Tie out loops (all rugged) on the corners and ridgeline have generous sized loops. Tie out loops on the sides were smaller, but you could easily feed a 2 cm rope or paracord through them. Then came the moment of truth. I folded up the tarp and easily slid it right into it’s stuff sack. The tie out lines are reflective, mine were orange. Stakes may be aluminum, but super strong, 175 cm long, and definitly keepers. A family member has a tarp with the same material and has never had tear or leak issues. I hope this company expands it’s product line. I would love to see a 6X8 foot for emergency carry on day hikes.

Not bad tarp, but looks like it was treated only on one side? One side got soaked, the other one not?
