   Have been camping with this tent several times now, I can set it up by myself in less than two minutes, it’s easy, lightweight and overall the best tent I’ve ever used. I absolutely love this tent. Have been in multiple storms, and can say this tent is definitely waterproof

   For a budget tent off whatcampingtent.com from a typical Chinese manufacturer, this is a pretty good tent. The poles are high quality and lightweight aluminum, which is important because it’s the skeleton of the tent. It’s fairly aesthetic, and overall well designed. Major flaws: The stitching on the base sections of the tent is very sloppy and does not inspire confidence. Will it ever be a problem? Probably not, but still, I would have rather paid an extra $10 for professional stitching. This stuff looked like somebody was paid 50 cents per hour to do at breakneck speed. I’m not sure if I should blame the rain fly velcro or the mesh used for the doors, but the scratchy side of the velcro tends to snag on the mesh doors and damage them. Be careful about that. Lastly, the stuff sack is poorly stitched and coming undone. Besides these flaws, however, I love this tent and highly recommend it. If you can keep your eyes on the base stitching and the velcro+ mesh problem, this is a great 2-3 season backpacking tent.

   This is not a 2 person tent unless you’re just crashing quickly and don’t have any packs to bring in with you. Definitely treated for water resistance, but not totally sealable, so NOT windproof. Only good for warmish weather camping and best for 1 person.

   This products first impressions are awesome! super compact, light weight, and looks great!! I’ve used it in a couple different weather conditions, wind, dust, and rain. After a windy night camping in Utah, we woke up to a THICC layer of dust on us and our sleeping bags. Then after a rainy night in Northern Arizona, we woke up the next morning fairly dry, i then hung out the tent and rain cover to completely dry, and the next day there are mold spores growing on the fabrics of the tent. This tent can be good for dry, warm (not windy) camping. But i wouldn’t push it past anything more then that.
