I got this tent for Christmas so I decided to go camping in the outer banks in North Carolina. 2nd night we experienced 35+ mph winds for at least 5 hours non stop in a wide open area and the tent stood strong. I did however purchase 12″ tent spikes separately instead of using the ones that came with the tent. I would recommend doing this.. I was actually very impressed. Would recommend.

Started camping with my boys and needed a new tent. Haven’t been disappointed with this one. Great tent, look forward to using it more

I have always had good luck with Marmot gear. This tent is no exception. Only issue with this tent is not enough lines or stakes. Not hard to fix. It comes with 5 stakes, 4 lines. Really needs 12 stakes and extra lines to totally secure everything if you are in really bad weather.

I read the reviews about bent poles and gave this a try hoping it wouldn’t happen to me, but i was wrong. I set it up at home once to inspect it and everything looked great, went camping for the first time with it last weekend and one of the main poles bent when i set it up. Im not sure what the problem is, but it damaged two sections of the poles. I have set up every style of tent i am aware of over the years, literally 100s of times and never had this experience. I believe the aluminum poles are weak for this tent. I have tried to contact marmot but was told they were having technical difficulties, try again later. I will update this review after I’ve had s chance to speak with their warranty department.

Overall good product.

I used it twice and loved it both times. Plenty of ventilation and rainproof if you remember to close all the windows.
