+ Lightest and most packable I could find in size/price range
+ Materials and stitching good quality, made to last
– Stove jack came pre-cut, hole is way too big. I’ve ordered a new one I can custom cut
– Stove jack cover rolls up below the stove jack, am concerned about water pooling here. Would have been cool if it rolled up and tucked away under the rain flap above
– Vents don’t really close and are hard to access once tent is set up
– No interior loops for hanging gear, would be nice
Overall I’m happy with the purchase, just a few minor things could improve the tent for me.

Taken this out several times now and love everything about it . . except the cheap stakes that come included. If the ground has any rocks at all, you will be bending or breaking them when putting them into the ground. When used with a stove inside, the tent was amazing and kept things dry and warm. I’ve never used it without it, so can’t say how it would be without the stove.

I’ve used this a couple times now – but found out the hard way that it is not waterproof when I slept in a rainstorm and all of my stuff got wet. Leaks at seams and through the material. Buy something else

Made it thru several 40 plus mph storms. One night 2 pegs pulled out of the ground, the tent and center pole tipped over. The center pole landed over a camp chair and snapped in 2 pieces. Expected it to bend rather than break. I am using a makeshift pole until I find a proper replacement.

This tent was great,it held up to snow and rain well. My only complaints are that the pegs were flimsy and definitely not meant for winter. It was also short 2 pegs and 2 guy lines.
The door design was great but the zippers could be better. If your wondering, you can’t use the inner tent sold separately if you buy a decent sized stove. I used an Oxford tipi footprint and folded it to cover half of the tent. I also bought a second stove jack as a backup from onetigris.

The tent is very roomie

Had this teepee since March and I can honestly say it’s the worst one I’ve had, it is NOT 4season as water gets it through the seams, it’s an utter piece of rubbish, sat in it now with rain dripping round the teepee, also when it rains, the material stretches a tiny bit making it no longer pitched super tight so then the wind comes and the teepee material touched my stove and melted the material so now I have a hole in my teepee, getting a different and better one and setting this waste of money on fire in the pitfire

A great tent! Plenty of room for myself, my pup, a cot, table, stove, and stack of wood. Plenty of headroom. To sleep 4 people, you would have to be good friends. Good build quality.

I love the size of this tent packs up small and light for a roomie 2 person tent .
We had tow beds a dog bed and two chairs with a OneTigris camping table and could still get our gear in side.
Should work amazing as a backcountry hunt camp 🏕️ I would think.
Would like to see Velcro in snow skirt for the front 3 panels but just built up snow and it worked great.
👍 after one trip

The onetigris Northgate hottent
The good bits, plenty of space can sleep 3 men and kit, the tent fabric is strong and everything bar the center pole is well made, solid pegs good strong zips, lightweight and packs down nice.the snow skirts are a great benefit that keeps the draft out where you sleep.
The bad bits, well there is only one bad bit that’s the center pole it’s flimsy mine bent as I erected the tent, probably my fault with putting to much pressure on it, I managed to bend it back without snapping it but how long it will hold up is another question, the center pole compared to the cheaper hot tent I bought is a lot weaker but it’s not the end of the world you could just use a stick, so all in all good quality tent just wish the center pole was a bit stronger.

I have purchased 2 of these. $199 each. Was going to purchase for my son’s birthday and saw the price went up to almost $300. BOOM! Black Friday and its back down ON SALE for NORMAL PRICE. Watch out. That is what we like to call a con. Get the inner tent when you purchase this. Its a game changer. Feel bad for everyone who purchased this for the extra $100 in this economy.
