The first time I set this up, I had quit the time getting the poles through the sleeves. I think I may have done them in the wrong order, and will try a different method next time.
But once it was up, it was quite roomy for a one-person option.
My intention is to take this beach camping, and probably not have it closed up unless it rains. I really want the canopy/fly to just act as a cover to lounge under, and keep my gear tucked inside the half-dome.
It comes with stakes and guylines to fully secure the whole thing, but you may want to upgrade the stakes if you expect packed soil or high winds.
I love Onewind products, already having a bug net mesh tent and a trekking pole tent, so I expect good things from this one too.
I may update this review after I use it for a weeklong camping trip. I hope it holds up!
