This was great for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young kids). Easy to set up, the large mesh panel allowed for more air to circulate through. It fit in a large holdall, so very portable and didn’t weigh too much.
Used 8-9 times so far and still looks new.

The functionality of this tent was great at the beach and way better than an umbrella. It provided shade, was easy to pack and very lightweight. It was a bit challenging to put together when the wind picked up but not impossible.
I would recommend using gloves to hold the fiberglass poles if you have soft hands because I got two, minuscule splinters which were the absolute worst. I used tweezers with a built in light and magnifying glass to remove the splinters but it still took forever to remove them. My husband, who has rough hands, had no issue with splinters.
