Perfect for the beach. Change inside privately. Only one door, so you can face it to the water and glance over when you are out body surfing to make sure it is zipped up and your stuff is inside. Open up flaps on the side for a nice breeze and no bugs or seagulls stealing your munchies. Just make sure you put something inside to weigh it down a little so it does not fly away. If I were homeless, this would be the way to go for naps and privacy.

It’s lightweight, simply to put up and take down. The take down is tricky at first; I had to YouTube to figure it out. Once I had the technique down, though, it takes no time, really. This isn’t a super sturdy tent, and isn’t a backpacking tent. While light, it doesn’t pack down very compact. We bought it to use on the beach and/or for picnics with the kiddos. They also play with it out in the yard. It works great for those types of jobs.

Bought this so our kid could “camp” at home. This is very lightweight and I (mom) can easily lift with one hand. Set up is literally a pop up action; you release the strap and stand back as the tent pop up into shape. We like all the flaps and screen windows and ties. All the edges appear to be insect proof. The size is cozy for 2, and very comfortable for 1 and a dog.
Figuring out how to take down the tent took visual learning to a new level. But still fun. It is similar to the car windshield shades but triple in trickiness. I highly recommend watching the video and to be gentle! The tent has been used 3 times now without breaking. The zippers felt light so we’ve taken care when zipping so there’s been no problems.
I think this tent is great for our intended purpose and would be great for camping in decent weather. Of note is that the screen on the ‘roof’ is cover by a flap attached on two sides only and is narrow enough that I think wind and windy rain will enter the tent through the roof screen.
Overall this was a terrific buy for us.

I din’t get this for camping nor would I consider it a real camping tent. Maybe as temporary shelter at the beach, etc. I bought it to replace a play tent we were using in our playroom. I didn’t expect it to be as large as it is but that’s an added bonus. It is well made, I’ll give it that. But it takes some practice to get it folded up and back in its bag. So, I make sure the kiddos are serious about playing in it before I unpack it (or should I say it unpacks itself). Be careful opening it … it almost explodes … and the little ones should be clear when you do it.

Backstory: My nephew was diagnosed with leukemia and cannot be outside when it is windy. His grandfather had passed away and the family was having a celebration of life at the park. I bought this to have in case it got windy so he could be protected. He did not end up needing it.
This is a great pop-up tent! It is so easy to set up. You just take it out of the bag and kind of throw it away from you. It’s pretty large inside and could easily fit two adults or a few kids. I don’t think it would be the best tent to actually camp in, but it is nice to set up to keep toys contained or to keep littles out of the sun.
To fold it and put it back in the travel case, I recommend watching a YT video. Once you get it, it’s pretty easy, but it is a learning curve. The case is about the size of a hula hoop.

Easy set up/take down. Great to use in the summer or at the lake, would not use in any other season.

My husband and I went to see family across the country and used the tent 2 nights with no issue. On our way home I went to open the tent as I’ve done in the past and the tent collapsed and all the poles snapped in multiple places. We were so angry after spending nearly $60 and reading great reviews, we thought it was a great purchase. We ended up going to Walmart and buying one for $25 and had no issues thus far. Please note when we put this tent away each time, we watched multiple videos on how to put it away to be sure we did it properly and maintain the integrity of the tent. We did not force the poles to break. We found the poles broken long after we put it away the second use.
