I got this tent hoping that it will be useful but it end up being a disappointment. Is difficult to see through the plastic because of all the wrinkles in the tent and I don’t think there is a an effective way to remove those wrinkles every time I have to set it up. It is annoying that the tent doesn’t have a base so I just have to put the tarp down and then pop the tent up which requires extra steps to setup. The tarp also doesn’t come are the entire square footage of the tent. It is also not tall enough for you to stand up so I had to hunch over to get in and immediately sit down.

We bought pod to go out and watch our kids’ sporting events. It has been a game changer in the cold windy weather. The pod is super easy to set up and it has room for 4 adults easy. It has 360 degrees of viewing, and the material is super easy to see out of.
Setting up only takes a few minutes. Getting it secure is the most time-consuming part.
Once set up it’s perfect for a family of 5 like our. One or two children playing their sport, while the rest of us watch in comfort. For summertime, it has a nice cover on the top to cover the sun. In the colder months it’s a game changer when it comes to blocking out the wind. We live in a very windy area, and it can be miserable to watch sports when the wind is whipping around. This cuts the wind out of the equation. Makes viewing so much more comfortable.
Plenty of room for everyone too. One drawback is the awkward folding back up of the tent/pod. Getting it back to correct shape takes some time to master. It can be very frustrating not being able to get it folded up. Once you get the hang of it, it’s not too bad though. 5 stars.

This little tent, kind of cool, smells like plastic though. The kids used it while we were out in the desert, but just to hang out and mostly for fun. It didn’t hold up too well to the high winds. But I’m sure it would do great with little to no wind at all. Kind of weird to put back together, but not impossible. Cool little tent overall

As a sports mom, I can assure you I will never be without my sports pod ever again! This thing is literally the envy of the ballpark, y’all! Here in Houston, we get random rain storms or cool fronts on the weekends in early spring… conveniently when my kiddos are playing sports. Let me tell y’all that being protected from the wind and rain is a GAME CHANGER! No more being miserable (especially in the cold wind), as this tent protects me, my husband, and our youngest kiddo while watching our 8 year old play baseball every weekend. We can easily fit 2 normal sized folding chairs + a smaller youth sized chair for the youngest and still house our cooler, purse, and other odds and ends. It’s super easy to set up, but I’d practice putting it away prior to the first time you use it (speaking from experience). It’s not your standard “fold and put away” approach, so WATCH THE VIDEO on the link for help.
Very well built and lives in the back of my car at all times! If it’s been raining, we set it back up in the garage once we get home and allow it to dry out before refolding and storing for the next usage. You definitely don’t want to have a mildew/mold issue the next time you’re looking to use it.
This allows a PERFECT view, even when zipped up, and allows us to easily get in and out when needed. It’s waterproof and holds up VERY well with the wind (tie-downs are included). Get ready to be the envy of the ballpark with this one, y’all. It’s the BEST new addition to our sports-parent arsenal.
