   This is easy to open and take down when I tried it in my home. I haven’t tried it at the beach yet. The problem is that the spring lock at the top to hold the bag closed came broken. It fell apart in my hand as I took the product out of the box.

   I had one of these pop-up sun shelters a long time ago so already had a general idea of how to set it up. This one works pretty much the same and I had it set up in less than 30 seconds (not counting staking it down – which isn’t usually necessary when using it on soccer game sideline with a couple of chairs in it). The material is a little thinner than a tent, but I expected that for the price. It fit both adult size camp chairs. Carry bag is a little smaller and about the same weight as my camp chairs . I like that it will zip up for privacy in case somebody has to make a quick clothing change. It was very easy to take back down, lightly pull the poles apart at the hinge where you expect them to bend. Otherwise they are locked in place. Maybe there are instructions with it. I didn’t see them. I think with gentle treatment this will last a long time.

   This is a great little shade tent that can be used at the beach, a kid’s soccer game, or really anywhere else you need a little shade. If you’re looking to fit lawn chairs, you should be able to get 2-3 in here, depending on how large yours are. I like that the window coverings are held up with a hook in each corner, which is much quieter than a zipper on a camping tent would be.

   Assembly is waaayyyy easy, and taking it down just took me a minute or two the first time to get it figured out (why are there no instructions?). To disassemble, pull up on the center support, pull the leg joints apart slightly, and then fold them up. The carry bag for the tent isn’t anything special as it’s made out of the same material as the tent, but this keeps it lightweight and gets the job done. I probably won’t bother with the stakes at all whenever I can help it, just to keep set up and take down as easy as possible. Overall this is a great little shade tent that’s useful for a variety of situations with the kids in the summer.

   I have fair skin and burn easily. Too much sun and I’m burnt to a crisp. In the summer we go to the lake often or I’m outside doing yard work. This is perfect for both. When I first opened the tent it was super easy to put up. I was out in the front yard manually dethatching by hand. The morning sun was beating down on my. I popped this open and OMG what a difference this makes. It kept me cool while working and protection from the beating sun. My only issue with this was getting is closed. It took a lot of force to get it closed and struggled with it. Other than that I love this product.

   I love easy quick pop-up tents, especially to bring to the beach.

   What I love/need most is how it can provide full privacy (yes, the floor can be zipped up), so you can change to swimsuit/have a romantic time with your partner…. lol.

   The windows are nice to have for ventilation.

   This thing is great!! I got it to use in my backyard actually. I live in a hot sunny place and I don’t have much shade. But it’s also very windy up on a hill so I have trouble finding umbrellas and things to provide shade. I got this pop-up tent to house a swimming pool for my 3 year old. It suits my needs perfectly and exceeds my expectations when it comes to sturdiness and simplicity. It was so easy to set up. It can be folded down tiny for transport. Opening it up is simple and fast. In seconds I had the whole thing up. It’s standing up to the wind of my yard beautifully, absolutely no sign of damage or wear and tear so far. I’m very impressed. This is a sturdy and worthwhile item to add to my camping gear when I’m not using it as a pool shade. It’s versatile. It’s portable. And it seems to be something that will last.    Have used it twice on windy days at the beach and it has stayed up. As long as the side bottom pockets are filled with sand, it will stay in place. It will fit 3-4 adults comfortably without chairs. With chairs only 2 adults, maybe another one, but will be tight, plus 1-2 kids. I like the foldable curtains since it covers the sun when it changes position throughout the day. It came with no instructions, but it is easy to setup and close. When closing it up, pull up the elbows at the bottom to fold. It is compact when closed, approx. 38″ long and 9-10″ wide. The carrying bag is on the thin side, ours broke by the handle on the first lift. It is light to carry, but too heavy for the thin bag. An upgrade would resolve the problem. However, the vendor responded promptly and resolved the issue when contacted.
