The metal rod came part when I tried to fold the tent, and created a tear in the casing. It was a struggle to put the two ends back together, and I am disappointed in the placement of the connection. I needed the item for a family vacation, and so I sewed all the tears. I suffered a few scratches on my arm during this process. I hope it will survive during our vacation.

This tent is very flimsy especially in the wind. Doesn’t hold its shape. No side compartments to help anchor it, just the stakes which don’t offer much support. Folding it back up to put in the bag is very confusing. I would not recommend.
