   First, I was disappointed because when I opened it, the tent was stained with dirt or something on the fabric. Secondly, when unzipping the bag, the zipper started coming loose from the seam. I opened it up the day before the trip so I needed to go ahead and use it, I wasn’t concerned about the esthetics, just wanted to have it to be able to set up for the event. I say get this tent. I can’t complain about the quality of the tent. It set up nicely on the 12×12. I couldn’t beat the price, the competitor had it for $100 more. The coupon also was the added exception. At the event EVERY was asking where I got it from. It was the only one of its kind. Theme was pink and white. We set up the room with two tables and 5 chairs. We had 5 people in the tent for dining and celebrating. There needs to be 2 elastic bands instead of one. Some how it got lost last night! Overall the tent was a 10, but to receive it as a second hand should have been offered a Susie at a lower price with this dirt stain on it!

   Yeah, it pops up but does not stay up on its own. You need to stake it into the ground and tie it up between trees since there are tie ropes on top for some reason. There are two metal poles that you need to also inserr across the top of it. If the qind blows thia thing is toast. The screen sides are very thin and fragile. For the price I would look at other options.

   It doesn’t look like that picture, it’s more rounded at the top . But it very nice easy to set up , it’s staying put in the wind .

   Product arrived with a failing zipper on the cover. Also, when I pulled up the tent stake, one of the stake loops easily tore off. Lastly, the frame was distorted in a twist I could not undo so the tent would Collapse until I could tie it to a nearby pole. Perhaps a smaller size of the 12 foot would work better. I am returning mine.

   Absolutely love my tent. Bought it as a romantic surprise for my fiancé. I set up the tent as our own private movie theater. Bought window shades separately. Worth the investment. Was a little hard to figure out how to re pack but found a super helpful video on YouTube for the eastoak brand tent. This is a great sturdy tent for outdoor activities. Can’t wait to take it down to the creek in sunny days or out camping with the family.
