    You can stick a paint roller on the end of these if you want. They use an adapter. It’s pretty loose and I wasn’t expecting it. I wrapped the threads with nylon. Otherwise they seem functional. I think it’s okay.

    Works very well! We bought the poles (2) in 1 pack and using to stabilize our retractable awning. One pole will go on each side. He just tried the one pole and an excellent purchase. No slipping and solid top base too.

    These poles are super lightweight yet strong, and are easy to use and setup. It was a perfect addition for an additional camping (not uses with a big box store tarp) tarp! The poles have a twist lock, so they are almost infinitely adjustable along their service length. They have caps if needed to use in the middle of the tarp which is quite handy. The caps pop off easily for a pointed end that can be placed in a grommet of a tarp.

    I bought a pair of these for a camping awning that I use on my camp trailer. They are much lighter weight than I anticipated and are very sturdy even when fully extended. I have used them twice so far and once in a moderate wind. They held up nicely and are easy to use with a tarp that has grommets. I anticipate getting many more camping trips out of these poles. Definitely a good value for the money!
