Very disappointed in this tent. I like Sierra’s sleeping bags and sleeping pads. However they definitely don’t know how to make a good tent. The design is crap. Ran fly doesn’t cover the whole thing. The zipper started malfunctioning on the first trip we took but we never got rained on. On our second use we got rained on and found out that it doesn’t keep water out at all. Leaks everywhere. Seams, floor, ceiling. The frame doesn’t stand up to much wind. It collapses down on itself. The only good thing about it is that you can stand up inside it and it keeps the mosquitoes out. I’d give it a 0 star rating if possible. Waste of money.

The Tabernash 4 tent is a high-quality car-camping tent for extended stays at a campsite. It has thoughtful features and a durable structural design that keep you feeling both secure and comfortable. It has a large vestibule that is great for keeping gear protected from the elements and a cool roll-up design that allows for better views from the tent.

Poor quality Tent posts broke on first use. Grommets popped off.

Good for $50, but the fiberglass pole for the vestibule shattered on first use. Company support does not have any in stock to send me and wants me to ship the shattered pole back for repair. I think I will just return the whole thing and move on. Repairing a fiberglass pole sounds lame to me.

Great tent. Very easy to set up. Just assembled it in my living room in preparation for my upcoming camping trip. I purchased the 2 person, but plan on using this solo. If I wasn’t, I would definitely purchase the 4 person for adequate space. I like the bag that it comes in. The straps, ties and stakes all seems durable, yet light enough for backpacking. I’m happy with my purchase, and look forward to using it.
