   Bought this tent and took it out to Bear Lake. The quality was absolutely awful and ripped when we were setting it up. Then our blankets and bedding and clothes got soaked in a rainstorm and all the stakes were pulled up and the tent could barely stand up. Very unhappy with the purchase 😕

   We recently went camping up in New England and we’re a little concerned that the nights might get a little chilly. We purchased this tent and have no regrets. We were so warm cozy up in our car and it was so nice to have Space to house our luggage and other things! Also I could see this being great if you have kids! It held up really well for our first time the tent was very easy to set up The hardest part was just identifying where to strap all the pieces onto the car. Although I wish that process was a little more streamlined once it was all attached. It really was a great set up.

   The tent was super easy to set up for my husband and I. It was a little tricky at first figuring out what poles were which but once you get that it’s a breeze. It fit nicely around our Subaru forester and made it super comfortable to sleep in the car while keeping all of our supplies and day use stuff in the tent. So far we have only used it once but we are looking forward to using it again. It seems to be built very well.

   We bought this tent to camp with our 2015 Nissan Frontier with an ARE topper. In the past, we put a queen air mattress in the bed, opened the tailgate, and slept with our feet hanging out under the topper. We needed a solution that allowed us more covered space. This tent was the answer. We used it the first night and loved it. Adapting it to an ARE topper is slightly different from an SUV hatch, but it works just fine! (PS – leave the topper back window down when setting up the tent, then use pool noodles on the corner edges of the window.) The enclosed tent room is perfect for chairs, relaxing, and privacy. The awning gives extra space for a table, chairs, and coolers. The setup is pretty straightforward (once you get the hang of it). We didn’t use the rainfly because summer has been weather so warm and dry. I am looking forward to more camping adventures with our tent! The photo is for a quick overnight camping trip where we didn’t set up the awning. It still gave us more than enough space and the privacy we needed.

   I recently purchased this camping tent and overall, I’m very pleased with it. The tent was exactly as described, with high-quality materials that felt durable and reliable. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the setup process relatively smooth. Only minor issue was that the poles weren’t marked, which led to some confusion during assembly. We ended up mixing them up initially, but once we figured it out, everything came together nicely. It would be helpful if the poles were labeled to avoid this mix-up in the future.

   A standout feature was the optional roof cover. We opted to leave it off one night and were treated to a beautiful view of the night sky while sleeping in the attached car. It added a magical touch to our camping experience.

   At over 6 feet tall, it was nice being able to stand tall in the tent. We had more than enough room for 2 kids and 2 dogs while parents slept in the back of the car. It was very easy to setup the main area but the connection to the car was a learning curve. It’s a good idea to practice that setup before camping, but it’s a universal fit so I understand it won’t be completely perfect, and for being a universal it still fit pretty good. The open air top ventilated well and I liked the double door design.
