   Big, spacious, and very easy to set up. Perfect for a day at the beach or even the backyard. Definitely recommend filling the anchor bags with sand or rocks to maximize sturdiness, especially on windy days. Great coverage and great build quality for the price.

   I gave this four stars, for a few reasons, one being that it came with a hole in it. Nothing that can’t be stitched, but I didn’t intend on having to do that. Second, I grew up going to the beach on weekends and know how breezy and windy it can get there, and believe me; there’s a difference. Well, I figured this would be a great opportunity to throw some shade on a yard sale I was having, because the day prior, I got sunburned even with it being overcast. Ouch. Well, I knew we were going to have wind gusts that ranged between 8mph winds to 23mph winds… the latter coming In the evening. First, the set up (I was by myself) was a bit tricky. But, Once I figured out where in the yard it was getting placed, I put the grass pegs in the ground and hammered them down. The rods came together easily, and the bands go on top of the fabric and cinches just below the ball of each pole, but one. This is another reason I gave it 4 stars; as it could’ve come with a fifth band to cinch the middle pole. Each time a gust of wind came through, it lifted the fabric off the center pole and it fell. So, I ended up hammering the poles further into the ground too and that seemed to do the trick (also taking the rubber bands and cinching the center pole to the fabric). After some adjusting, I found that the further the “wings” or “legs” of the fabric are apart, the better. When it got to be a bit too gusty, I just took it down which was seconds compared to getting it up. Cool! Overall, I like it. It is going to be perfect for camping, and if I should find myself near a beach again, it will certainly go with me!

   Works like other beach tents. You have to fill it with sand to maintain shape. Good for 2-4 people inside the tent.
   More suited for a non-windy day, but still a nice durable tent. Provides good shade for a few people inside the tent.

   This beach tent is great for providing shade and sun protection while hanging out on the beach. This shade tent also can work in your backyard on hot and sunny days. The material is a bit streachy which should allow it to last a long time and can take a lot of abuse from the wind. If you are using it at home and not in a sandy area it also come with ground stakes. Although it wouldn’t hurt to buy some longer more robust stakes. Rather than using sand you can fill gallon ziplock bags (8) with pea gravel and have those at home for easier use.
