These weights hug the canopy legs with heavy duty Velcro, and the straps tie right to the framework of the canopy to make them extra secure. They are slim, and significantly reduce the risk of tripping on them, since they do not stick out much at all.

I bought this as an experiment for a pop up leg weight. It attaches ok, but it could have a better shapes formed on the sides to make it more secure to the leg. The rounded shapes don’t work well with square pop up legs. Also, the velcro straps must be really tight or it has a tendency to swing around the pole. Fifteen pounds is not enough in strong winds, so I tried to attach two to one leg. Unfortunately the brand of pop up I own has a bump out area in the middle of the leg so these weights could not stack atop each other.

I like the size and shape. Used to keep a 13’ X 13’ pop up canopy in place.

Sleek and clean- love these weights for my weekly craft market setup. Stacking multiples works well on a windy day!

I bought these to replace bulkier and heavier weights. I like the fact that each one is 15 lbs, making them easier to transport. I found them a little tricky to attach to the inside of my tent without the knobs (for raising and lowering the tent) to get in the way. If I placed them on the outside of the tent legs, it made it more difficult to zip the tent curtains (as it took away some outside space. maybe it’ll get faster and I’ll figure out a way to make this work better with my tent setup. I definitely like the look of the design and that it takes up less space when customers are coming in and out of my booth.

These weights are exactly what I was looking for, easy to carry & easy to attach to the legs of pop-up shade. Because of their shape and the way they attach to pop-up shade legs, there are no walking, tripping hazards either. bought two sets of four and placed two weights per leg on a 10′ × 10′ pop-up shade on a super windy day & it didnt move. I bought these weights on sale and I still thought they were expensive.
A few years ago I bought sand bags and sand thinking that would work fine for a lot less money. The sand bags were combersome to carry, bulky and not easy for me to use. You also had to watch your feet so as not to trip or hit the bags with your toes. That was a waste of my “less” money.
If you’re looking at these weights and thinking they’re expensive, they are. Would these really fit your needs/wants? If they’re in your budget, buy them.
