   I purchased this tent because I wanted a shower tent that could hold a 5 gallon bag or two. According to the comments I thought I had found just that a quality shower tent; I was wrong this tent would make a good changing room. Pros: Very spacious, One of the two windows opens completely (the flap and the mesh can both be opened), If you are about 6 foot 7 inches you can comfortably stand in this tent, and if you’re only about 5ft 4in or 5ft 3in you can actually lay diagonally on the floor. Capable of holding 1 gallon milk container, an electric lantern, 1 damp standard sized towel and wash cloth, shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap without breaking. It is fairly easy to setup and not easy to see through. Cons: Not able to hold a full 5 gallon water bag. “No way in h3ll” is what you’ll say if you try it. A full 5 gallon water bag weighs 35 pounds. If you added an external TREE and bypassed the flimsy hooks then you might have a chance of using this tent with a 5 gallon water bag. Overall this tent is flimsy and overpriced, I’d say worth $30 MAYBE, I paid $54.89. Please refer to the attached pictures. Ready to try out my 5 gallon water bag and shower tent I realized when the hook began to bend that this wasn’t going to work. Sooo Furious. I tried hanging the water bag with only 2 gallons and was successful but barely. I felt if I didn’t let some water out that the fiberglass poles would snap for sure. At about 1.5 gallons I felt better and although the whole tent swayed with the weight of the bag I decided that you guys were worth it. I kept a gallon of warm water nearby (because I was sure that i’d need more). After a few trips of my kids and wife bringing more hot water to me, I ended up needing 6.5 gallons to feel squeaky clean. I had to kneel the majority of the shower. Two 5 gallon bags would have been great or even a hose with warm water. I gave this tent 3 stars instead of 2 or 1 star because of the space and the cool window.

   Just received the privacy tent & set it up today. Didn’t really care for the instructions, but anyone who has ever put up a tent should be able to figure it out easily. Tent stakes are flimsy throw aways. Some of the stitching looks questionable, so we’ll probably just pack a bottle of e6000 just in case it needs reinforcement. Wish it had more options to stake down the bottom. However, on sale, it seems like it will be money well spent as it is affordable, easy to set up, roomy and will easily accommodate a guy of average height.

   This thing is HUGE!!! I knew it was bigger when I ordered it and will primarily be using it as an outhouse. We wanted something that could be stood inside for changing reasons if needed (parents helping young children if there’s an accident for example, and some of the dad’s are tall!!!), but I didn’t expect THIS! 6’2+” tall person will have NO issues getting in or out. Assembles like a tent, zippers were all off track but as soon as we zipped them up they went right into place almost like they did that on purpose for some reason, and while the zippers do seem “fragile” when using them, we took it easy opening and closing and they work just fine. Time will tell! Comes with a bag, bag for poles. Wouldn’t trust hanging anything inside if you plan to use it for showering, there is 0 support for even probably a gal of water…we already plan to put it next to a tree and put a shower bag on a branch if we choose to use it to shower. Floor is attached, mesh along the outside of floor to allow air flow/water run off, and main floor area is similar to the tent material, and there is plenty of space to sit inside on a portable toilet. 3 people could fit inside to change, definitely a parent and 2 kids. Pockets on the outside by “escape window” (screen cover and screen itself unzip to be fully open) and a row of pockets inside as well. Hooks on top of ceiling to hang a light of sorts, or run hose up to to hang downwards for showering. Look forward to not having to worry about being eaten alive by bugs when we have to answer to the call of nature in the middle of the night!!!

   It would be fine as a changing room but to label it as a shower tent leaves people believing it will hold a water bag up and it would not even hold as much as a gallon. It is very flimsy to begin with and hanging anything inside is impossible. Save your money and buy a tarp to wrap around a few trees if your camping.

   we took it on our last camping trip for a privacy tent. I am looking forward to next season to check it out for showering. It was easy to set up but the stakes for it aren’t as strong as I would like. the weather was calm so we didn’t need to teacher it but it looks pretty easy.
