I don’t like it cause I went to set it Up but no frame!

  • Let me start by saying that we also own the CoolCabana which is rated #1 cabana and let me tell you that it’s OVERRATED! The Ammsun Cabana is the most sturdiest cabana! We use the screw anchor that you can buy from Ammsun and use it with this cabana and you are guaranteed the best beach day. The windstopper can be put on which ever side you want and can also be used to create more shade. Its good for 2 people, max 3. Highly recommend this cabana. Especially if you have kids.

These are amazing! Purchased these to secure our chicken run and wow do they work amazing!!! This thing could withstand hurricane force winds!!! These anchors work so well!

This tent replaced our previous 10x14 that had a few issues from age. We've never used a blackout tent before and wow is it dark! The material of the tent is more tarp like, so at night it sounded different, like a tarp squeaking and stretching in the wind. The morning came and we had no idea, it was so dark! The end door with awning is the biggest drawback as it's either open and staked out or completely closed and you aren't able to use that door. If you are trying to use the end door everyone can see in through the screen and there is no other door for privacy. We had to change our layout inside so that we could use the side door or the end door during the day. Luckily the side door is even easier to use than our previous tent. The tent uses poles instead of an easy up, but it isn't too complicated. We were able to get it packed up and back in the provided bag without an issue. Every window has 2 pockets under it which is super convenient, and despite having the apex in the middle with a large hook, there are also 2 smaller loops on each side of the tent for hanging 4 additional things like fans. The material seems like it would hold heat or cold better since it feels more insulated and even sound has a harder time getting through. This was only our first use, but I feel like this is a nice upgrade with the biggest drawback being that the awning side can't be left open over night by having an additional zipper door aside from the screen. We will also miss the integrated lighting from our previous tent. We always use a canopy over our tent just to help with any weather or things falling from trees. Thanks!

I like that it stops the wind and two people can fit comfortable. Now the way it was made, you can see that it was done to fast. I have pictures up on what I am talking about. I would have gave it 5 stars but I can only give it 3 because I may have to buy another one when this one breaks.

I purchased these poles to use with my tarp. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews stating they don’t fit. I can say from my experience I had no issues with fitment or durability. I’ve used them three times so far and really gave them a workout at the beach with a strong ocean breeze. The poles held up. I am super happy with my purchase. I even added a pole hook to them to hang a towel without incident. Good job!

There was room inside for me (I'm a large man), my wife and our stuff. We put a rug down and set up a chair. We were very comfortable. The tent kept the hot sun off us but let the breeze in. Next time we're going to bring the car fridge because there was room for that, too. There are pockets on each side to hold your flip flops and hats. We didn't even put it up properly because we neglected to read the instructions until after it was up, but it still stood up to the wind! You're supposed to lay it flat on the ground with the floor facing you and install the long and short rods before flipping it over and sticking the ends of the long rods through the corner holes in the gray floor and pushing them into the sand. That would have been a lot easier than the way we did it. It takes a little doing to get the long rods out when you want to break it down but I feel it was well worth it as it made a day at the beach so much more enjoyable than it would have been without it. The beach near our house doesn't rent cabanas, so you either bring your own or do without. We will be bringing this from now on. The included carrying case makes that easy enough. My only complaint is that I wish the separate bag that the rods are stored in had a drawstring like the larger bag.

This is small, shorter, and basically crapper than the description. There isn’t a middle anchor, the pegs are different. Everything just wrong. 10/10 do not recommend.

Perfect size and easy set up, light weight, excellent quality. I got it for the beach but it sucks you can’t use this on the beach due to local beach laws. However I kept the tent because I loved it so much, I use it at local camping sites, for a day picnic.

This tent was a life saver! I was sick and tired of going to the beach and frying in the sun. Enter the pop up beach tent. This was amazing!!! While I struggled to put it together first, after some persistence and focus I was able to pitch a tent in under ten minutes. Be patient beloved. This is well worth the journey. The features are great as well. There are windows with blinds that you can put up or keep down. Also there are are these nifty little pockets for storage. 🤌🏾👌🏾 I’d take more pictures but we are currently luxuriating on the beaches of Tybee Island. Tens across the board. 🌈

I like Kalinco tarps, but am a little bummed that my 10x15 ripped at one of the tie out points the first time I used it, while tightening it on the ridge line. I had it for a while, but hadn’t taken it out yet. Overall, I still like it, I just hope it doesn’t get any more rips or tears.

Amazing product! Just what I was looking for. Already used at a soccer game on my seat and have been using to keep my boy out of the hot sun while playing outside with the sand and water tables. It’s so versatile and quality appears to be excellent. Love that it came with two!

This is a well constructed tent that provides privacy and shade. Easy to setup and break down.

Set it up over the backend of our old horse trailer, 14' long x 6' wide and 7' high, that we gave a quick makeover into a simple "Freedom Motel" camping unit. Testing it out at our home, so far so good. And yes we can even close the back door while this awning is on. We used all 4 poles in these photos, but 3 poles also work, you just have to be more careful when shutting the door. The suction cups provided, suck!, get better ones. My husband is going to drill holes through the sides of the trailer and anchor eye hooks, and use guy lines with carabineers and do away with suction cups or earth magnets all together. I realize that people can't do that to their vehicles, but it is a solution that will work for us, making set-up easier and more secure. Over all, we love it. Small and compact and relatively easily to put up. I added plastic pendant flags clipped to the guy lines so people will see them and not accidentally closesline themselves.

I really wanted to love this tent. Easy to transport, install... and even pack! However, on our first trip, we had a bit of rain and the floor flooded a little bit — not a lot but significantly enough that some of our things were wet. On our second trip, there was a storm (not a hurricane, just an usual summer storm) and the floor of the tent was transformed into a bathtub and we had to sleep in the car. There was a tarp under the tent and we were on a state park campground, so on terrain supposed to be safe in case of rain. The next day, everything was soaked wet and even after the sun was on the whole day, there was still rain inside, apart from what was absorbed by the quilt that I left on the floor. We had no choice but to cut our trip short and go home. Note: there was no water coming from the ceiling or walls of the tent; those parts were well water proofed. This doesn’t seem normal to me for a brand new tent. Customer service said that it should not happen. They asked me to apply for a refund on whatcampingtent.com. Two weeks later... I am still waiting! UPDATE: They fully refunded after a couple of additional emails. So customer service needs a little bit of nudging (asking whatcampingtent.com is a nightmare so you want to go through the company directly) but I will give to them that they are taking feedback seriously. I just wished the quality check would have been better in our case. As I said, otherwise the tent is really cool!
