Flimsy tent. Very cheap material. Lots of lose threads and some of the seams have holes in them so you can feel a breeze. The interior of the tent can get wet with just condensation. It is roomy and pretty easy to set up.

I bought this to shade an area so the dogs can go out during the day. It exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to put up in different configurations and easy to take down and store away. It’s better than those sun sails because you can take it with you or remove it easily in a wind storm.

I bought this set of poles because I had a great experience with a different set from a different company. I thought this set would be even better because of the blunt silicone tops. Well two of them didn't make it through the first set up. we were camping at a beach campground and the wind was blowing, nothing new in our area, but when the first two sides of the tarp canopy were up, both poles BENT . One of them snapped at the bend after I got it out of the grommet of the tarp. So while they are light weight (aluminum) and are easy to carry, they are not meant for strength. My previous set had made it through a thunderstorm and wind just 3 weeks prior. So I am not sure if this is a product fail or a weather fail. Either way, they are good for simple camping.

I was impressed by the weight and quality of these stakes. Hard clay soil baking in the Texas sun seemed impossible to stake into, but these things went like a hot knife through butter.

If you are using for a sporting event the front flap has to stay open to see the game which doesn’t keep you warm. First time using it and the straps ripped The zipper didn’t work it continued to be stuck

Nothing wrong with product. Just seems like a waste of money on such a big box

If you've ever set up a tent before, it's generally pretty easy to figure out how to set this one up. Which is good, because the scrawny instructions sheet that came with it are entirely in Chinese. However, a quick pass with Google Translate's camera translator on my phone and it was good enough to figure out the parts that weren't obvious. The tent is easy to walk into and you can stand up straight pretty much up to the sides. The center divider is good for separating sleeping space. The full side entrance underneith the awning is a big plus - stay bug and rain free for your morning coffee. The bottom is a heavy tarp material that goes about a foot up the side. The seams are all taped. The zippers are easy to operate and don't stick. There's lots of screened windows for cross breeze. The carrying bag is big enough to fit it even after you set it up and can't fold it factory flat again.

Love how easy this tent is to pitch! The screw anchors hold rock-solid, even in wind—we tested it in a breeze and it stayed put. Now I’m just counting down the days until summer beach trips… this thing is gonna to be shiner.

  • Another update: the seller made a contact and tried to solve the issue sincerely. Great customer service and thank you! Updated: we used it once only. This second time we just open it and found the wire already broken sticking out. Very dangerous to use….. This item doesn’t last so we wouldn’t recommend it! As titled. It’s also very light. The zipper cover carry bag is also great. Not for backpack hardcore camping but this would be great for a light camping day or beach use. We love this tent!

I really thought it came with 4 poles. Only 2 but 2 more could be bought. I didn’t get to use it at beach yet due to wind and rain. Easy to assemble.

I like this glamping tent a lot, but it did have some issues to be aware of. the first thing is it is not 16 foot as advertised, it is just under 15 foot and that was a disappointment for me. The information says it is 16ft with an area of 186 sq ft, but it is closer to 175 sq ft. If it were 16 foot it would have an area of 201 sq ft and 25 square feet does make a difference, so just be aware that the dimensions they give you are off. It is easy to put up, it took us about 30 minutes the first time because we had to figure things out. The directions were not great though the illustrations helped. Next time it should take about 15 to 20 minutes with two people, less with more people and more time with one person. The stakes they include are good for the floor but may not be enough for the sides. Once the floor stakes are in you stake the top in eight places and add poles. Are ground in some areas is a bit soft and so when had a few issues getting the tension needed. It is also important to set this up on a very level area, we didn't have that option at the time. We were between snow storms and really wanted to set up and check it out for camping this coming summer. We set it up and left it for three days knowing we were expecting 20 to 30 mile an hour winds. Winds are a common problem camping in the Rockies and we wanted to see how it held up in the wind. The ground was not perfectly even and the tent was bit askew as a result, but not to bad considering the slope. With a little adjustment we got it to an acceptable place. The tension stakes that were in the softer ground came out in the high winds, but the ones in harder ground held and even though three stakes came out and four sides collapsed it did stay up which surprised me. I have much more robust stakes/anchors I will use next time. Despite the issues with the soft ground, the tent itself is surprisingly sturdy and I was impressed with how it held up. The string system for venting and sealing the top of the tent is both great and a pain. Each set is like drawing a blind, one pulls is open and one closed. The challenge is they get tangled easy. There was no real information on these or how they worked, we didn't realize what they were until the tent was full assembled and we played with them. It is a great system to open and close the vent, but no good way to keep all 8 double strings organized or keep them from tangling. I am working on a solution for this issue. The real challenge is that because there was no information and we didn't even know they were there until the tent was set up, we did not check how they were secured. All but two came undone and fell inside the tent leaving the vent open in the winds. This is an easy fix, check and redo the knots before setting up. We had to restring most of them when we were taking down the tent. It required two people, one outside and one inside and took about 45 minutes to untangle feed them through, tie them, and test them, just a big pain. My advice is to carefully check each knot on the vent strings before setting up anything. In addition to the wind we had some rain and light snow. The tent stayed dry inside while we had it up. On the outside the moisture beaded up and was easy to shake off. I love that the windows are all doors so you can open them up, or just use an door you need to. The floor can be unzipped and the sides lifted, we did not do this due to the wind issues but this could be a great feature. I don;t like the way the floor zipper meets at the edges. It leaves a gap that could be pushed open by an animal or squeezed through by a mouse or other rodent. I do think I can find a solution for this issue too. There is plenty of room for two or three air mattresses, tables, chairs, or whatever you need. Great for a family or for a serious glamping. We have 11 acres and plan to set this up on a platform we will build and use it as a guest glamping tent as well as using it for a group camping trip. Empty you could easily get 16 to 20 people in it for a meeting, not what most people might need it for but I teach workshops and this would work for that. Overall this is a great tent, it is well made and holds up well to wind and rain. I look forward to getting a lot of use out of it, when I can find a camping spot large enough to set it up. I deducted one star for a few reasons, the sized being off I find annoying, the lack of a way to organize the strings for the vent, the floor zipper issue, and the lack of good instructions, especially for the vent. The stakes are probably good for most peoples needs and are better than what most tents include. Just keep in mind your needs might need something a bit beefier to maintain the integrity in high winds. I do highly recommend this tent, I do wish it was a bit bigger.

It's easy to pitch. It's a slightly weird shape. It's not rectangular. I think it's a little taller than advertised, maybe 8.5 feet. You can lower it if you like. The poles stakes and lines are all pretty substantial. It is much heavier than I expected. It comes in it's own bag that hooks everything like a tent bag.

This was a pandemic purchase 3 years ago and after nearly 3 years of use I can confidently say this tent is a solid investment. Most recently, this tent stayed upright and intact without a tear or puncture during a midnight climbing raid by an intrepid trash panda. Said critter was climbing on top of the outside of the tent underneath the rain fly. Pro tip: a flashlight in its face will get it to move on. Secondly, this tent only gets water in the far corners during torrential rains. You and your stuff will stay dry in the middle and this tent does not blow in. I’m a rather fair weather camper, but the few instances of middle of the night pop up storms and downpours haven’t crumpled or flooded this tent yet. Last, this tent is super roomy. Plenty of room for 4 twin air mattresses plus gear. I am 5’5” and can stand comfortably in the middle. With only 4 tent poles, it’s super easy to set up alone. I do wish I had some sort of entryway portico but I saw what I was buying. I didn’t know that was a feature I would want until using this tent over the years. TL;DR This is great tent for the weekend car camping warrior. Dependable, sturdy, easy to set up, and trash panda safe.

We got this for our camping trip. The first thing I noticed is how easy it was to set up. I like how you can use the camping bed if you want the tent to be off the ground. It really helps if you want to keep bugs to a minimum. The frame is sturdy and doesn’t feel like it was going to break or fall when we were in it. The days we used this on didn’t rain so we’re not sure how it can hold against rain. The size fits 2 adults and up to one child if you don’t mind squeezing a little. The sleeping bags are great since you don’t have to spend extra money for them.
