Much bigger than expected. Pop up nice and easy, the light is an added plus for my scary 8yo kid to feel comfortable when using alone. Great price and value for outdoor people.

Likes -Lighter than a popup sun shade - place to store the guide lines Took this camping with us and this is the way to go. Takes less space than your big bulky pop-ups and it covers more ground. Dislike Almost to big to set up with just poles alone. Should of gotten a size smaller. Well worth the price.

I wanted a light weight tarp and ran a crossed this one. I used it to build a cooking area in the rain and it fit me and my brother just fine and kept us dry. We had a rain/hail storm and it kept is dry. We were in Desolation wilderness and the wind got pretty high with no rips. I did not use it as a foot print but I imagine if it took all that it would be just fine. I would recommend this

I used this for a bathroom during my recent camping trip, I purchased a portable toilet with biodegradable bags, and poo gel to go with it so we didn’t have to leave our campsite to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, as where we stayed had bears visiting frequently. It was definitely useful for that reason, however if it rains you’re going to absolutely get wet while inside of the tent, it rained the entire trip for us. The ceiling is able To be un zipped and that helped with it getting hot during use.

I had originally ordered this set and a different type of set from another company to figure out which would be better for holding up a heavy duty tarp while camping. I quickly narrowed it down to keep this set and I'm so glad I did! We had a couple intense storms during a week of camping and everything stayed in place. I may order more poles for next year if I decide on a different setup, but it would definitely more of these. The poles stayed in their locked positions. Nothing collapsed during the week and I never had to readjust anything once set up and locked in. I do recommend extending from the bottom sections first to keep the pole sturdy if you dont need it at the full height, but I had one extended pretty high up (as seen in photo), and it held. The stakes and ropes were a great addition to my equipment. The neon ropes were much easier to see whether day or night. No one tripped over them. One tidbit that's more of heads up if anyone else uses these in the rain: they do hold onto the water a little. When I took down camp, I held each one upside down and shook it while extended, which aided in releasing the water.

We set up tent brand new, right out of box it was delivered in, so didn't perform any extra weather proofing or add any sealant. The first night it rained ALL night long and not just light rain, but a downpour. We stayed perfectly dry and didn't notice any leaking or moisture for the most part. On one side where the rainfly doesn't cover, there was slight moisture wicking on a small area of the tent but it was minor. The 2nd night we got about 2 hours of strong winds and really hard rain. Again, no leaks or moisture in the tent. I did think it odd that the rainfly doesn't cover the 2 ends of the tent - they are completely exposed - but they held up well. I will add that the front rainfly covered area outside the door was not leak resistant AT ALL. The floor matt and all our shoes sitting out there got soaked. This tent was nice and roomy - fairly narrow, but really long. We slept 4 very comfortably with all our gear stored in there as well. We could have easily fit a 5th person but any more than 5 people would be a bit of a squeeze. The swinging door was a nice feature as well and zipped open and close pretty easily. The Velcro closing feature wasn't great and it took more time to line up the Velcro squares than to just zip the door closed. The directions were horrible and it took me 2 hours to get the tent up (1 adult w/ help of 2 11 year old kids). I've camped my whole life and put up plenty of tents, so I'm not a novice. Now that I've put it up though, I think it will be easier the next time. The storage bag is nice and sturdy and big enough to store the tent back into. We got the version of this tent with the ceiling light which was really nice and pretty easy to set up. I actually gave the chore to my two 11 year old boys and they had it hooked up and working pretty quick. The tent stakes are HORRIBLE which was disappointing for a tent at this price. Thankfully I had picked up some extra stakes before we left so I interspersed those with the easily bending stakes that came w/ tent. Next time I will purchase a whole new set of stakes and throw the ones that came with tent away. Overall I am happy with the tent. The poor directions and flimsy stakes are outweighed by the awesome weather resistant performance.

The tent look like it may have been used and then sent back and instead of checking the product sent it to the next person. When opening the box the bag has a cut down the side maybe like someone tried to cut the package open and accidentally cut the storage back. Also the string on the tent are already coming apart. Maybe the tent was in a wind storm. Very disappointed in the product that we received. Will update with more photos. Priced for a new tent when obviously used

It was sort of annoy I mg putting it together. It popped up pretty easy, it was the little pins that was to help hold it down. There were no instructions so I just wung it. Zipper quality.is good, value for mo ey is good, very lightweight, ventilation seems good, seems durable. I like how it has the ropes. I have not tried to fold it yet. The main fold is pretty easy but you have to twist to fold it into a circular shape to put it back in the carrier.

Having a bell tent with no center pole is incredible. It opens so many more options when arranging and putting stuff where you want in the tent. Game changer for sure. Easy to put up besides the amount of stakes you have to put in. I would strongly recommend buying tent stakes you can drill in, especially if you're going to be using it in hard or rocky ground. That would be a huge issue for me except for the fact that when the guy lines are pulled out and the tent is staked in, the thing is a tank. Doesn't budge in the wind and feels very secure inside. We had our queen air mattress pushed against one of the pole legs and I had no worries at all about it moving. It does get very hot in the tent though, like most tents. The vents on ceiling and floors help minimally. Hanging a small fan on the pole is probably a must in the summer. Tent is extremely high as well so if you want to hang a light from the center you should hang it before raising it to max height and obviously having a light with a remote is a must unless you want to stand on a chair or small ladder. Yes it's really that high.

Product was everything I had hoped it would be. Great instructions and packaging. Worth every penny. I was skeptical about the cost but no regrets.

First of all you order the gray, this is actually quite blue, not bright blue but definitely not good and it's missing a tab to hold down the corner of the roof rain flap. Got to love mass production but I'll figure something out. I created that sturdy base you see on the toilet and that's a 5 gallon bucket from Lowe's but I did order the seat on whatcampingtent.com. Just sit down items did not come with this order. My creation. I'd recommend this the hype is very nice but again mass production unfortunately results in errors.

We took it camping. It opened easily, fit great, looked nice and folded easily to pack up as well. Note: it is smaller in a big bag when it comes, after you use it and fold it back up yourself, it will fit in that bag perfectly. There isn’t much privacy. A tarp is offered to loosely attach to any side of your choice. What it’s nice for are bugs.

We used this tent on a 2 week trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The Outer Banks are barrier islands which can get very, very windy. The video I included was taken on a day we had 20+ mile per hour winds which is not uncommon at all. I was skeptical that this tent would provide the promised shade and withstand the strong winds and after 2 weeks of daily use, I am a huge fan. The tent is very easy to set up and stayed in place all day, every day, for 2 weeks. Lay the tent flat, fill the sand bags and bury them, then put the poles in place - it's as easy as that. Equally easy to put it away at the end of the day. We used the poles at each of the 4 corners but you have a ton of flexibility in how you situate the poles depending on the amount of shade you want and the direction of the wind. I highly recommend this tent. We liked it far better than the umbrellas we used in the past and won't be going back to umbrellas.

These tent spikes are really nicely made! They are heavy-duty and sure not to bend even with the hardest ground. They have a nice loop hook that makes tie-downs a breeze and are long enough to withstand the heaviest winds! Great set with a nice carrying pouch to boot! I absolutely recommend these for any serious camper!

I bought one of these a few years ago, and I actually still have it. My buddy and I were planning a two-week trip out to South Dakota and Wyoming and Montana in the early weeks of May, 2022. He didn't have a tent, and I wasn't willing to take my tent (because I was worrying about snapping the tent poles and didn't obtain a solution for the first night if that actually happened), so I suggested we both buy some and have them sent to a local Distribution Center in Rapid City, SD, for pickup. I had success with my first tent, and it's still serving well, and it's affordable and why not? First off, I don't do too much camping, so I'm still a little bit of a novice, but my buddy is totally green. Nonetheless, he had absolutely no problem figuring out how to set the thing up in about 10 or 15 minutes without even needing the instructions. While everything you need is within storage bag, I opted to go to Harbor Freight to buy more robust tent stakes, which proved to be extremely helpful with some of the weather that we had. The storage bag is 100% sufficient with storing the tent, as long as you fold it up a little bit as opposed to just stuffing it in there like whatever. The bag is sturdy enough to carry everything. We also bought some waterproof tarps that were a little bit thick from Harbor freight, as we wanted to keep the tents as dry as possible. Completely satisfied with the amount of airflow, and while it did get down to the low 30s on some nights, having a good sleeping bag (and air pad) takes care of that and having the option to open and close the air vents that will definitely help maintain a decent temperature within the tent. I had no problems at all with the waterproofing of the tent. We had three days where we experienced some rain. The first day, it rained for maybe 30 minutes at night, but the tents were dry in the morning after the sun came out for a little bit and everything dried rather quickly. The last day we also had a bit of rain, so we had to set the tents up before we pack them up for the final time just to let them dry off, but they dried super, super quick. There was one day where there was a torrential downpour that lasted about 2 hours and was absolutely frightening. The wind was ripping super hard, hail was coming down, and I could hear the tent getting pelted like mad by rain. Overall, I was extremely frightened by the lightning, and wondering what I was going to do if the tent came down because it was shaking pretty hard. Well, other than the outside of the tent being wet and being dealt with in the morning, absolutely nothing came inside or happened in any way to damage the tent. My buddy even didn't know that he was supposed to attach the tent to the tent poles with some clips, yet his tent held up. I definitely gained a bit more confidence in the tent after that downpour, I would never even want to be in the car with what was happening. The second photo is the morning after the downpoor. I love the storage pockets, and the hook inside to hang my light, as well as the small inlet for a power cord. I was about as comfortable as I could possibly be. Set up and breakdown is super, super easy. It takes maybe 15 minutes at most with one person, and about 5 minutes with two people. The two-person tent fits one person comfortably with a backpack or something inside. It's quite small, and if you were to use two people in a two-person tent, it would just be you and one other person sleeping next to each other with absolutely no room for anything at all inside. Now, I have two of these tents after I brought the second one home, but I am not complaining at all. I did look at a few other tents before buying this second one and having it shipped, but I know that I was not going to do as well as I would have with this tent. Definitely worth a second purchase, in my opinion!
