This is the biggest and sturdiest camping shower tent that I have seen. It is high enough for the very tall, and there is enough room for anyone, or more, to shower comfortably. At the top is a place to hang your showerhead, and there are mesh pockets on each side and one clear plastic pocket in the back for all of your shower products. There is also a strap on the outside to fold your cloths and towels over. The shower is vented at the top and you can also open up a window to let in more light, and air circulation, when strict privacy is not an issue. This tent was easy to set up, even for an old man like me working alone. I am very impressed with this camp shower and I'm not at all ashamed of being accused of glamping, I do like my creature comforts. This does not come with a shower system, you will have to provide that yourself. But it is set up for using pretty much any system that you choose. I will stay with the glamping them and use a 5 gallon bucket with a rechargeable electric pump shower system. I like the idea of heating some water to just the right temperature to wash the days hiking/fishing crude off before relaxing by the fire the rest of the evening.

I have different types of tent stakes, for different situations, but this is my first time using this style. They are well made, very sturdy pegs and 8 inches as described. I like the heavy canvas bag to keep all of the stakes, hex attachment and puller organized. Although I may not use a drill with these stakes, the screw design will definitely hold in the ground better than regular stakes, just by design. The tops glow in the dark, which is also a great feature to keep from tripping over guy lines. Great quality tent stakes for whatever use you may have!

I have the previous version of this tent, the Kelty Salida 2 that I have been using for motorcycle camping for the past 5 years. It's great! But during the pandemic I got into dirt biking/dual sport riding and I needed a slightly smaller tent to fit my smaller bike. Tested it out in Mark Twain forest in MO at the end of December and it checks all the boxes. Packs small into my soft bags on bike, easy to assemble, great interior pocket space, superb construction, and I really like the colors! (sue me, I'm still a girl). My sleeping pad fits in fine and I still have room. Plus the rainfly was big enough to keep my gear dry even though it wasn't "inside" the tent. All of this for a reasonable price? Don't wait, buy this tent for your next adventure today.

  • This is my 2nd Teepee tent but the first was an olive drab color, eeh wasn't fond of that color but I'm loving this. the other tent lasted a long time but these tents are not! all season tents. the snow will pile up on outside walls and put weight on inside pole, you still need to spray water proofing on this tent. but after that it's going to be enjoyable to use. I myself made some long rebar stakes for this tent since I love camping on the river banks and any little tent stake will not hold this tent down in rocks and sand. If you're over 5 foot tall you will need this taller tent as the 10x10 teepee tent door was way too short. I don't like bending over getting into my tent of any type. If you're the active camper that stays for days you'll love it too. plus you get lots of compliments. The most important part and reason I love this teepee tent is because it's large enough to place a heater of any type inside. these photos were in the Spring during the famous solar eclipse weekend. It was still a bit chilly at night. I normally use a propane heater but friends had electric sites paid for so I went with a small baseboard heater on a board to protect the floor/as the heater mentions to be on a hard surface. I love this teepee tent. PLUS you have 2 doorways 1 on each side.

Seem very sturdy…. Will se later !!!

  • The Shibumi Shade is worth every penny. It is light to carry, easy to set up, and covers a good amount of surface area on the sand. It definitely takes the cake on any beach day, even with the lightest wind. Bright color quality, too!

  • Ordered this to review with simple RV campground camping in mind... Fairly light weight - going to need to stake it down if there's more than a breeze. The floor of the tent as a detached part is... either flexible, or a problem. If it were part of the tent, then it would be tight (and not something to trip over), but it's certainly more replaceable as a different item. Perhaps being able to not use it, when on something like a beach, might be a positive. The hardware to connect the poles to the tent... may not be aware of new innovation, however it seems a bit like recycled office supplies. A little odd. Going to need to get this out on the road to have a better feel for how it's going to work. (Will update more if we have any insights. )

Had the right amount of tie outs, excellent stitching, taped seams is a nice quality touch.

Not as depicted on whatcampingtent.com or even product box. The orange collar does not have a hook as shown. Returned.

The tent is super durable. There was a metal stake missing. But all the parts held up. I rained lightly and the tent got wet inside. However, this was on the description. But a few days later it was a super hard rain and the tent was dry. I purchased the 6m. There was 6 twin beds,1 queen, a half pallet that we used a kerosene heater for that kept the tent super warm and a large rug. We would have still had enough room to add small nightstands on each side of the queen if needed. The setup was easy this size I would recommend more than one person. However, I had a 10 year old Male and 12 year old female help and it went up super quick. Hopefully the take down will be as smooth.

Tent works well, a little tricky to fold back up but not impossible. Disappointed the carry bag fell apart first use.

Our family took this tent on a multi day national parks trip this summer. We camped 8 nights, moving locations every night. We found this tent to be very easy to set up. By the last night even my 8 year old was able to set up the tent pretty much on his own. The inside is very roomy. We had two queen sized blow up mattresses and a single and still had plenty of room inside and did not feel crowded. It’s also great because I can fully stand up Inside the tent (I’m 6’2). The tent is also very easy to break down and pack up. It’s a bit heavy- maybe 80 pounds, but it if good quality.

I bought the 10x10, four pole tent for a beach trip. The tent was extremely light to carry to the beach, simple to set up and easy to take down. One person can put it up and down - we did and it was not an issue. NOTE - you should buy a scoop to make it easier. It does not come with one. The scoop I got was 82 oz. on whatcampingtent.com. Yes, you will need multiple scoops of sand in each pocket and the extra $5 you spend will absolutely be worth it. One of the poles was damaged, but we made it work with three poles. I sent an email that week to the vendor asking for a replacement pole. The next day was incredibly windy and a different pole bent. We still used the tent with two poles. Since it was so windy, the tent actually worked better that way and we didn't have any other issues. If it's as windy as the video I added, only use two poles. The 10x10 comfortably fit five to six adult chairs in total shade. If you were ok with tighter quarters you could fit more and especially if they were kids. If you want to lay out I would say three to four. The vendor got back to me quickly and ended up sending a whole new set. This was a nice surprise since I had only asked for two replacement poles. Even with the pole issues this was a much better alternative than the traditional heavy metal expanding tent. We had multiple people ask us what it was and where we got it. One improvement would be spikes for use in grass as well. Not sure how well these poles would do on ground vs sand.

  • I was really excited to get this pop up screened in tent to use with our horse trailer for camping trips. It was wonderful to have a screened in area to fight off the flies and mosquitos as well as provide a bit of shade from the sun. As you can see from my photos we attached it to the side of the horse trailer and set up our table and chairs inside. There is a lanyard in the center of the top to hold a light which worked out really well for our evening meals after dark. The other positive thing about this tent is that it is very easy to set up. We really enjoyed using it while we were camping and I wish that I could say that I love it. Unfortunately, we encountered quite a few problems with it. First, it is absolutely necessary to stake it down or it will blow away with the slightest breeze. It comes with stakes but they are not great quality. I anticipated that would be the case and brought good quality aluminum stakes which were easy to drive into the ground and attach to the tent. The tent has nylon loops to stake it down at the bottom of each section and also half way up on each section. This would work great if only the material of the tent were better quality. Unfortunately, the quality control is poor. One of the nylon loops was not even sewn into the seam and immediately came apart when I tried to tie to it (see photos). One of the other ones ripped out of the seam after a few light wind gusts. Without the ability to stake it down firmly the tent is practically useless if there is any amount of wind at all. Also, the nylon of the side walls and the screen material are extremely thin and fragile and we found holes in the screen the first day with no idea what could have caused them. Second, the tent did not come with any instructions in the box at all and we found it impossible to fold it back up to store it in the bag. It pops open as soon as you take it out of the bag so we were not able to see how it was folded when we set it up. Since we had no instructions we read every word of the listing and searched online for instructions or videos and could not find any help. We wrestled with it for over an hour in the hot sun trying it this way and that like a game of twister. Finally in frustration I got it down about half way and just tied a rope around it to get it home. I am so mad after the wrestling match trying to fold it up that I will probably throw it away rather than fight with it again. Combine that with the poorly sewn tie down loops and the fragile material and I do not think this is worth the headache or the price. I will be looking for a better quality option with sturdy materials that folds up rather than pops up for future camping trips.
