Let me tell you, this tent is really something special. It’s lightweight, which is perfect for backpacking or bikepacking, but don’t let that fool you—it’s surprisingly roomy inside. You’ve got plenty of headroom too, which makes a big difference in a backpacking tent. And the storage? Oh, it’s fantastic. There are these long pockets at each end—great for your phone, eReader, glasses, charging box, you name it, with space to spare. Plus, there are clever triangular pockets in the ceiling for smaller items, a hook for a light, and even a cord to hang things. It’s all so well thought out. You get two doors and two vestibules—or one vestibule and an awning you can prop up with trekking poles, which I love for its versatility. Setting it up is a breeze, and taking it down is just as easy. I can see myself using this for both backpacking and bikepacking—it’s that good. What really impresses me is the attention to the storage pockets. I once had a trekking pole tent with no pockets, and I ended up breaking my glasses because there was nowhere safe to put them. This tent fixes that problem beautifully. I’m genuinely excited about this one—it’s practical, smartly designed, and I can’t wait to take it on my next adventure. If you’re looking for a reliable, well-made tent, this is a great pick!"

We have used this tent as a porta-potty when attending several music festivals (helps us avoid the suspect public portajohns) and now have it set up on some acreage we just bought until we get utilities ran. As you can see, we have repurposed a medical grade bedside commode—we line the bucket with a heavy trash bag and throw fresh sawdust after each use until the bucket is full. Zero smells and does not attract bugs. There is plenty of room for a small table for hand sanitizer/toilet tissue and whatever other toiletries you need. Rain flap works as it should. Pair this with the portable sink found here on whatcampingtent.com and an outdoor shower bag and you have a decent bathroom set up. Very pleased with the quality and function, would purchase again.

First off, for less than $20 this thing is amazing. Yea, the zipper doesn’t look so tight, like it may just not be able to stay together after a while, and the material is very thin, but the stitching is fine, it’s reinforced where needed and again, for dropping a $20 bill on it, I DEFINITELY got my money’s worth. As long as you treat it right I can see it lasting. So, I bought this for my fiancé to use in the mornings to smoke his cigs and drink his morning coffee in (with part of the zipper open of course lol). We’re about to have a baby so I cleaned our room and bathroom where he use to smoke top to bottom and made him start smoking outside. It’s freezing of course, especially early in the morning before the sun even comes up, so I bought this along with a $10 “personal” heater, like one of those that you put on an office desk lol, and it works out great! Since the tent doesn’t have a floor (which I personally like because that way you can shape it bigger, smaller, or uneven without having to worry about the thin material the floor would be made out of bunching up or being slippery) but we just put some mats down covering about half of the floor to cover the spaces in between the wood on our porch so cold air couldn’t come up. Heck, he even fit a little table in there! Lol. And for reference, the chair in the pic is one of those like “Big Easy” chairs that’s about 32” tall and like 22” wide, holding up to 350 lbs. So with the large chair, a little side table and enough room to add another little table in the back corner and then a good bit of space to put stuff underneath the chair, we love it! Yea, it could most certainly be taller. I’m 5’ 6” and the zipper comes up to my armpit, so I definitely have to bend down to get in and out (I enjoy sitting in it just to get fresh air without the cold wind hitting me, and plus I feel like a kid out camping lol) but that’s really not an issue. I could see myself changing clothes in here quickly too. So bottom line, for the price I am very happy and it definitely does what we need it to and I plan on using it for my son in the summer time to have a shady place to sit/play outside and for me to take to the park to have a shady/private place to sit with my baby.

I purchased this tent sun shelter a few weeks ago and have used it multiple times—both at the beach and when flying my RC planes. I really like it because it’s super lightweight and very easy to set up. It only takes two poles and about 5 or 6 minutes to have it ready to go. The material is soft, elastic, and feels high quality. Overall, it’s a great option if you need quick shade and portability without the hassle.

Shipping was fast and perfect because we were going to the beach the next day! It was surprisingly easy to fit into trunk with enough room /width to put other stuff. At the beach, it took us only a few minutes to set it up. Putting sand into the side pouches let the tent stay stabilized. Good idea!! It fits two people very comfortably and maybe can fit a third too. We only had two people, so we were able to bring in our igloo and bags inside as well. Compared to our last beach experience, this time we had a lot less weight to carry on our shoulders!! The whole thing does not weigh much at all. We took a video from the inside of the tent so you can see how big it is. The three screen windows really cooled down the temperature inside with the nice breeze. When we had to pack up, we followed the instructions by squeezing the top of the tent in less than 2 min- Great !! No hassle at all...Overall, we are satisfied...worth the money!!

This is an absolute must have for beach or lake days! I pulled this out at the lake for the first time today and honestly was a little hesitant because I was worried about how easy it would be to set up. The description did not lie! Set up was SO easy! And taking it down was just as easy! Because let’s be honest, who wants to be fumbling around with a tent when it’s hot out? Great protection from the sun as well! It kept me pretty cool in 100 degree weather. Definitely a must have!

I got the Polish camo tarp as pictured. I have paired it with an inexpensive mesh tent inner I found elsewhere on whatcampingtent.com for insect-free well-ventilated summer stealth camping. 3 by 3 meters is very spacious and yet it’s still lightweight. I just wish Helikon-Tex made this in more camouflage patterns. I would love to have this in a desert camo pattern ( three color US Army or USMC digital desert) Phantomleaf Urban pattern, Rhodesian Brushstroke and Multicam’s snow camo. Then I could fit in any environment.

High quality. Worked. My use it was too small to cover a tiny 2 person dome tent. But very good product. I tied this tarp tightttttt. Was seam taped. Came water resistant. Corners are grommet with reinforced corners. Has loops at ends too. Has one center of the square plastic hook to raise it into air. Not needed but can be useful in a non tight set up. I recommend the item.

Pros: -Easy to set up -Holds up well in strong wind -Used six days straight and it didn't rip or break -Is high enough above ground to accommodate full height chairs Cons: -Near impossible to set up alone in high wind -Provides little protection from uv rays If you're looking for something to protect your fair skinned friends this isn't it. When looking at the shade under this tent as compared to others on the beach I noticed this shade wasn't as dark as all the others. My most burn prone companion had to cut the day short as he was burning while sitting under this tent, however I quite enjoyed being able to tan a little in the shade. If you're looking for uv protection spend more on another brand. The shade under the others of this same style was darker.

The tarp fabric is thin and incredibly flimsy - it can't even protect against cut/dry grass. The tarp was punctured by a dry stalk of cut grass rhe moment I stepped on it after laying it out.

On 2nd night the zipper has broken. But I love the tent. I’m asking for a replacement

Well, they weren't kidding when they said this sets up easy. I was able to get the tent "up" in under 2 minutes by myself, except for the rain fly. With a breeze blowing, the "fly" can be challenging to get it on without an extra set of hands. I used this a base camp tent and was able to put a cot, small bedside table, larger 28" square table, heater, and bins inside without feeling cramped. Headroom was decent, except if you hang a light from the center point-then watch your head. The tent did fine in 10 mph breezes. There was no rain, so I can't speak to its waterproof-ness. Pros: Sets up fast. Rain fly can pose a challenge if windy. Nice ventilation from all of the openings. Spacious with the upright side walls Very bright inside Cons: The entry zipper hangs up when opening and closing. Usually this happens towards the bottom near the "color change" in the fabric. The zipper is not very stout and I'm not sure how long it will last. The tent is not easy to take down and store in its pouch. It took two people to get this done. The legs want to flop open after you fold them inwards, making the job more difficult. The stakes that come with it are worthless for hard ground. Buy better ones. The tent is very transparent. There will be no secrets as to what you are doing inside if you have a light on.

I used this tent for a summer camping trip in the Adirondacks. There was plenty of space for a queen size, air bed, two people, and our clothes and gear. We were in a breezy location and had great airflow through the tent. We had a 30 minute fairly heavy rain and the tent stayed completely dry. The bathtub style bottom was excellent, and all of the seams were sealed perfectly. Not one drip inside. The pockets inside the tent were great for our glasses and phones. The central loop was perfect for hanging a fan and light overall I’m extremely pleased. It was easy to set up and take down.

I added a picture for reference. These stakes are on the left. The one on the right is a fjallraven snow/sand peg.
