This is my first four season tent so I don’t have anything to compare it to. However, I will say that the Dune is a beast! It’s survived 40mph winds, torrential rain storms, and snow. It has enough room so that I can stand up (I’m a shade over 6’) with plenty of room to move around. It’s a palace for one person. Two people would be a little tight. Plenty of ventilation to control moisture using my Mr. Buddy. I’ve recently bought a Winnerwell Woodlander large but haven’t tried it out yet. More to follow… Now the reason for four stars instead of five, is the fact it had several minor leaks. Nothing that would spoil your trip as these leaks were very minor. I’m talking a few drips. Needless to say, I seamed sealed it and it’s now dry. Overall, I would recommend this tent and if something happened to it, I’d buy it again.

  • Lightweight and very spacious for 2 with cots, wood stove, large table and chairs, and a puppy! Enjoyed using this for a winter weekend getaway at 20 degrees Fahrenheit!

We did lots of research for a good awning for our van and in the end, we went with this tarp. It's so much more versatile than an awning option and also more affordable. We can set it up to suit the environment we are camped in at that time. I picked up a couple of poles an that allows for even more flexibility on the setup. Big fan.

On the second use - the poles broke.

The material is almost canvas feeling. Not the cheap plastic rain coat feel I expected. It appears to be well crafted and easy to set-up. I will update my review as the year goes on and really take it through its paces! Storage is supposed to be in a cold dry environment, does this mean I can't just keep it in my truck? I had a few small leaks in heavy rain. Looking into waterproofing it with wax or a synthetic spray. Will update more. Update. 10-6-2023 Waxed it. Many rains and no leaks. Now using a wood stove in it. Winter will bring more challenges ans pictures

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this tent. The material is very thin and does not hold up well, appearing as though it could easily be blown out of shape by the wind. Additionally, the sewing quality is terrible, with lines and stitches all off. This product is not worth the money. Also, there are many minor cut here and there. This is a brand new product out of the box. It is not acceptable

First off, this is my second tent from gazelle. I needed something slightly bigger and have some indoor space to hang out incase it rained too much. Used it for a 4 night excursion at a state park in Northern Maine. These tents are everything they say they are. The setup was super easy. It rained a couple nights and everything stayed dry. It's easy to clean out. Now the parts I didn't care for. It weighs a decent amount. You got to be fairly strong to handle. It was a little more difficult to take down and pack away. Not traditional tent take down, still much easier, but compared to the T4 it wasn't as easy. The bag it comes in is sturdy and works great, but again, it's heavy. It also takes up a ton of space folded closed. You'll need either a good sized suv, truck or sedan with seats down into cargo space. Overall though, I'd buy 10 more of these if needed.

  • Worked great for the outdoor whimsical birthday I had. It fit 10 people with plenty of room. I will say folding it after is a pain and the straps to secure it down need to be stronger

Have not had the chance to take the tent out camping yet, but I will be going to Uwharrie National Park within the next few weeks. However, with that being said... I did set it up and I was super happy with the ease of setup and the overall quality !! My buddy was equally impressed, stating that he wished he had purchased one . The "dark" feature is incredibly dark and looks to be very durable ! And it's not some "cheesy" spray paint like my Ozark dark tent was. Overall, for the price... I feel strongly that this is a great buy.

This tent is awesome and definitely worth the money. My 7 yeat old was having a hard time staying in her bed from being scared and this has helped a ton. She feels safe and secure! The tent itself if very sturdy and great quality. Highly recommend!

I've owned this tent for over two years, and used it in conditions it's designed for: cold, snow, winter. It's held up quite well every time. I wouldn't take this on a mountaineering expedition, but I'm sure it can handle deep winter camping or backpacking, overnight snowshoe trips with ease. My list below makes the cons seem larger than the pros, but all the cons are fairly minor, and more informative than serious concerns. Pros: Very lightweight for a true 4-season tent. Fairly easy to pack, and haul. But not cheaply made, at all. Not too difficult to set-up. Ventilation is just enough to keep condensation reasonable, while trapping enough heat. In the times I used it, I felt almost no draft from wind, which was impressive. Syclone poles are very light, and flex well without ever feeling like they will snap in high winds. You can (barely) fit two, 25" wide sleeping pads in it, making it great for two people travelling light or one person seeking room. It also uses the universal MSR 2-person footprint. Numerous ways to guy the tent down in a bad storm. Comes with excellent tent stakes, though not snow stakes. Cons: Pricey. The set-up with the cross pole is awkward, despite having two doors, it takes some getting use to as you get in and out of it. Granted, this is what makes it a 4-season tent. The Syclone poles on other MSR tents have been problematic for some - they are not true carbon fibre, and have given people splinters, for example. The vestibules outside aren't very large, making it more in line with camping tents than true snow/winter tents - only an issue if you are hauling a lot of gear perhaps, like winter sledding. The fly seems to barely cover the tent (see corner of tent in pic), not a major issue, but if you are in a snowstorm, blowing snow could block up next to the tent/fly, so you'd need to build a small snow wall around the tent. Not a major deal, but something to watch for. Due to the light weight, it uses thinner nylon than most other 4-season tents. But if you take care of your gear, and aren't in extremely harsh conditions, it should hold up and last you for many years. If you are looking for a light winter tent, a 4-season tent, a tent for snow and bad weather, this is a really nice option with only minor cons. If you are looking for a true mountaineering/alpine tent, I'd look at the MSR Remote 2. If you want something between, are willing to carry an extra pound, and save a chunk of money, look at the REI Arete 2 tent.

I originally purchased this for my photography clients to make quick changes in outdoor spaces. I also figured it would serve perfectly for our vanlife rear shower. It is perfect. Easy up, easy down and stores nicely. Provides nice privacy. I do hope it holds up over time as we really like it.

My wife and I needed to supplement our "go bags" with some type of small outdoor shelter. Our go bags are large backpacking packs, so the tent we chose had to be a compact 2 person one. I looked at a LOT of tents, tent reviews, specs, cost, etc and basically it came down to the BISINNA 2 Person or something equivalent. I'm 6' my wife is 5'. The tent provides me with plenty of sleeping head to toe room without having to bunch up. My wife has more room than she knows what to do with. We can lie flat on our backs and not have to squish up against each other. Plenty of head room when I sit up. This tent won't be used for pleasure camping, just something to get us out of the wind and cold if we find ourselves in danger. As far as the construction, the tent is well made for a tent <$90. The zippers work well on the screen and rainfly. The 2 doors make it handy for both of us. I could see this being a nice tent for a kid or two. We purchased the Red Man footprint that fits perfectly under this tent.: https://www.whatcampingtent.com.com/gp/product/B07QWJD5YF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The fiberglass poles are well made, and surprisingly the aluminum stakes are thicker than what you usually find with a small tent. These are difficult to bend in two if you try. Setup for the 2 of us can be done in 5 minutes. I like not having to "slide" the poles through a sleeve. The tent is connected to the poles with plastic clips. This seems to make setup a lot easier. All in all this was an excellent purchase.

  • Loved it!!! Easy to setup, great quality, i just wished it was a bit higher, but over it’s great!
