The capacity of this cup is around 50mL which is just 10mL short from being the perfect espresso coffee cup.
This setup very easy and accommodates the danchel outdoors ta1 perfectly. I wouldn’t go any bigger for stoves, this is as PLENTY warm for the size of the northgaze. Very happy with color and feel of the canvas. Water beads right off.
For a flea market booth, the zipper is a bit awkward but overall this is great! I wanted to sew my own curtain anyways and it has great bones. But maybe I’ll just use the regular curtains. It’s a decent size, where you could move around in there. Adjustable height is nice. Easy to put up even for one person.
Just an FYI: As a few have indicated, although advertised by OneTigris as made for the Backwoods Bungalow 2.0, these poles ARE NOT the correct length poles for the body of the Backwoods Bungalow 2.0. When OneTigris says "made for the Backwoods Bungalow, they mean the awning! The correct length for the body of the Backwoods Bungalow 2.0 is 115cm (3' 7") NOT 125cm. (4' 1") I will have to cut down one of the sections to achieve the correct length. I did suspect that before buying. Other than that one very important aspect, the poles are well made and fairly priced. UPDATE: I cut off the bottom section so that the overall length of the poles were 115cm. Removed the end plug from the cut off piece and tapped it in the remaining length of tube. Now the poles are the correct size for the body of the tent. Hope that helps.
First off, it is not waterproof straight out of the bag. If you buy this tent, go and buy the $35 tarp off whatcampingtent.com and it will become waterproof. I have tested this tent through several severe storms and windstorms and it does just fine once the tarp is over it. Second off, just like anything else that holds air, it will start to droop if it gets too cool overnight. Expect that. I can set this tent up within 5 minutes of showing up to a campsite. Very easy to set up. You only need 8-9 pumps of the air pump to blow it up. Make sure to peg it down before you inflate it or the wind will catch it. Taking it down is just as easy. You get what you pay for here, so be gentle with the zips and don’t overinflated the ballasts. I trust this tent after testing so much I’m about to take it on an 8,000 mile road trip.
This teepee is my ultimate get away in my own backyard. I put little fairy lights on it & quilts & pillows inside. Spray the whole area with some OFF yard spray. Make a lil fire outside in our little fire bowl. It’s so comfy & private. So very well made & easy as pie to assemble. My husband & I put it together with no arguments or tears! Sometimes I let him enter if he wants to take a nap & im in the mood for naps. But, I’m in charge of who’s allowed in at any given time & ladies!!!! After the year of Covid “togetherness” make this your lil getaway where NOBODY ELSE IS ALLOWED and trust me, you’ll be a lot happier than you’ve been since last March. Bring books with you. Bring water, cocktails, coffee-whatever you want! Ban electronics. Lie back & enjoy the peace & quiet. Worth every penny of the (very reasonable) $200 it will cost you. You can even sleep out there peacefully all night long. God bless.
Really easy to set up. Compact and lightweight. Thankfully it is very good in the rain if properly staked. A surprise late thunderstorm blew some tents down, but I was dry and comfortable inside. The front and rear zip entrances are handy, with the front useful as a canopy. Good purchase.
*Update after 2 years* Tent still holds up nicely. Camped once in the rain and there was zero leak inside the tent. For the price it’s already well worth it. *Original review* Bought this tent in early 2023 and has since taken it on 8 camping trip and it held up great. It is easier to set up with 2 people and took is less than 10 minutes. On one of the trip it rained but the tent kept us inside. It is well ventilated. All the zippers & tent poles function great. We got the 4 people tent. With 2 adults and 2 small dogs sleeping inside, there’s still plenty of room to put our stuffs in the tent. Inner pockets are useful to keep our phones, keys, and flashlight easily accessible. As a beginner tent, this really is the best option.
As soon as I put this tent together, I loved it. Was easy to set up, has a built-in tarp bottom to it so the tent doesn't get soaked, has lots of room and has nice storage pockets inside for phones/wallets etc. My only complaint; the rain fly pole broke presumably because of the amount of tension being too much. The tent wasn't even up for 24 hours... no wind. These tent poles seem pretty flimsy and cheap. I loved the price of this tent, so I didn't expect everything to be luxury and quality, but this is the first time I used this tent and the pole snaps due to tension from the position/design of the rain fly awning. Not an ideal situation. Tape won't fix this. Unfortunately, I really love this tent but will probably return it for a replacement. All in all, tent is really nice and the canvas part of it had no issues, so no complaints with the tent itself. But these poles are lacking.
I ordered this tent in February, I set it up in the driveway before we went out for the Pennsylvania Trout opener the first week of April. It snowed, it rained, it was windy, and it was cold! This tent stayed dry for 4 days of crazy weather. I added an air mattress and I've never slept better on a camping trip. The tent is easy to set up & take down. Packing the tent was easy too, everything fit right back into the bag with no problem. My only complaint is a small rip around the tab where it attached to the tailgate that happened setting the tent up, if they added an inch of fabric all the way around, this tent would be perfect. It's just a tight fit on my Dodge Ram.
I received this canopy. Today was amazed at the quick set up and the durability. It seems to have it is very roomy. It does have three nice windows with covers, was very impressed with the quality in the initial set up that went very quickly equally folded down in a very short amount of time and actually fit back in the bag and which it came so far I’m very pleased with this product and I would highly recommend.
Bought it for my husband going on the field and my husband approved it.
If you're looking for a roomy Hot Tent set-up that allows ample room for two adults to very comfortably fit inside, with both space for two full-sized cots, sleeping mats and bags, along with bedding, and all their given gear, plus a full-size Tent Stove and all that involves, but not looking for your set-up to be too heavy, bulky, hard to carry or overly complicated to set up, this may be the setup you've been looking for. This tent from Naturehike has all these features in one simple setup design, making for an ideal winter camping setup in one neat, reasonably sized, and weighted package. I will say though, as was pointed out by another purchaser here, You do need to be reasonably careful with the tent poles when setting up, making sure not to force them awkwardly in one direction, or without distributing the load evenly across the span. *In either event Naturehike offers a 1-year warranty to address issues of this type direct from the manufacturer.
This is an enormous (and heavy) tent that is easily assembled and extremely roomy once fully set up. The setup wasn't hard but not super easy, which is to be expected for such a large tent. The quality shows, particularly around the seams and edges, which is usually where tents get the most wear. Collapsing the tent down and fitting back in the large bag was straight forward as well. For a large family, or someone looking for a lot of comfort and space, this is a near perfect tent. Bring able to stand in the tent is a huge plus for me, since there's about 6.5 feet of height. The edges of the tent aren't as tall, but it's almost unnoticeable. This also has a lot of ventilation, which is necessary for such a large tent, for both temperature and condensation control. The only downside is the fairly extreme weight-- this is about 40lbs and isn't easy to carry, and if you're a smaller person it might be nearly impossible for you to carry alone.
