This little pop up sport tent is easy to set up and easy to take down. It has a top cover for shade that's removable, and all directional view, two windows and a single door. The windows have screen so you can sit inside and keep the bugs out. It comes in a nice, flat storage bag that holds the tent, roof support poles, stakes, floor tarp, guy lines and sand bags. My youngest loves to sit out and watch meteor showers whenever they come by and I figured this would be a great way to do that without getting eaten alive. It's big enough that we can lay down on the mat and have a little extra room. It's not a standing type of space, but i didn't get it to stand around in, so I'm very happy with it. The construction and assembly are good, it's sturdy but still lightweight and portable, and it's versatile in all the ways you can use it. 5 out of 5 stars in my book!

“EDIT: make sure to re-seal your tent every year! We didn’t realize this and after 2 years of use it started to leak everywhere as canvas shrinks (nothing to do with the product, every canvas tent needs this).” We as a family with 3 young children (9,7 & 4) had our first camping trip in this tent in the beginning of April. Where we live, it was the end of winter, around 27F at night, 35F during the day. We stayed extra warm with our woodstove. We have a smaller woodstove which works just fine! Except you have to add wood more often, but we were very warm! We got hit with an unexpected snowstorm and the tent stayed warm and dry on the inside. Very impressed! Pretty tough winds. We did have our ‘spiral anchor stakes’ for the outer stakes. These we use for loose grounds like on a beach. We have camped on many primitive sites, on a few campgrounds and even on a beach with this tent! Sometimes for just one night, longest was just over a week. The removable floor is ideal, the 8 doors/windows are perfect for variety and we love the heights. We never wanted a bell tent again and when we saw this, we were in love and had to try. There were no reviews on this tent anywhere when we bought it. Such a risk but so worth it! We have improvised an pole from an old tent for our main entrance. We pull it through the loop that is in the middle and rest it on the tent poles left and right. This keeps the ‘flyer’, slightly curved in case of heavy rain. You might be able to see it on the few pictures we have. The only potential concern we have are the zippers. The track itself seems good but the (compared to everything else) zippers seem flimsy/cheap. But honestly, for the price of this tent, we expected worse. We hope to have many more years with this tent ♥️

This beach umbrella is so lightweight and super easy to set up! The carrying case makes it easy to transport and store it away. There are no instructions included, but the setup is pretty straightforward. The auger bit twists into the sand, and the stakes secure it even more into the sand. It stayed put the entire day. It doesn't provide a whole lot of shade, but definitely kept the sun out of our faces.

We camp in Eastern NC, lots of gravel spots with sand and mud under that. We have a pop up camper with a very large annex that gets it's strength from 12 tie downs. These work perfectly! I use a cordless impact drill to drive them in. I'm not sure if the impact is neccessary but I'm sure It doesn't hurt!

Just set up in house, have not really given it a good trial yet. Out of the box the strap to secure the tent when storing came frayed and pulled apart in my hands when trying to snap around the tent. The real test of the quality of the entire tent is upcoming.

I'm not a fan of quite how it would perform in extra windy conditions, or in humid hot rainy conditions, but other than that it's great. It's One of the absolute fastest tents to set up that i've ever owned, that's by far the best part about it. Comes with extra lines and some stakes, best for softish ground. The size is perfect for taking car camping, it's easy to pack into thin spaces. It'll fit easily 3 and probably 4 people inside. I like how there's 2 windows on the sides, which can be covered up and uncovered from the inside thanks to a zipper in the middle of the mesh (great design decision!), 1 skylight window on top that allows for privacy even without the rain fly, and 2 very large doors that double as windows. The rain fly is easy to apply. A downside to this pop up design is the roof isn't very high, it's not quite possible to stand up inside. That makes it a lower profile for the wind, though. Personally, before going into a heavy rain storm I'd apply a light coat of standard water+uv repellent as an insurance, the fabric feels water resistant but a bit thin.

LOVE IT!! The tent was perfect for the beach and it fit me and my son and all of our stuff comfortably. Not to mention it started raining all of a sudden while we were out here, but the tent was water resistant! This was definitely worth the money! Set up was also extremely easy. The wind was kinda hard so I had to redo the tent spikes. But once I put sand in the sand bag around the tent we didn’t have any problems. GREAT TENT! IM VERY VERY PLEASED!

Like it! Very compact, easy to carry. I keep it in my car for an emergency.

After a few practice setups and more importantly, take downs, I tested this tent (2P) camping this past weekend. IT does indeed go up very quickly and one could argue that is goes down just about as fast. However, because I was camping with others that made me show them how easy it was a few times it may have lost its speed advantage over other tents. People find it amazing and want to see it. The test also included it in both some mild wind and some rain. It handled both very well and did not leak a drop! The issues others have pointed out about the door being inset when open and water getting in that way are indeed true, but minor. Many tents get wet around the door in the rain as folks enter and exit. You just wipe it up. I might rig a tiny fly extension for it to prevent this when using it in the future. All of my other tents that get used frequently are Sierra Designs, two of which are four season tents. Is this one as good as those? No, no it is not. In “real weather,” or backpacking I’d use the Sierra Designs tents. But they take far more effort and time to setup and take down. In good weather the Pop Up has them beat! I also use a Sierra Designs Baffin Bivy and though not a tent, it is used for speed, i.e set up and take down camp fast. It is still faster than the Coleman Popup, but not by a lot and the Pop Up is certainly more comfortable and less of an issue in rain. Others have pointed out issues taking the tent down and folding it up, even broken polls while doing this. I did not have any issue. I watched the YouTube videos and made a point of being gentle. I practiced a lot. I can fold it up in well under a minute. I have folded it up maybe 40 times without any poll issues or failures. To those having issues, practice, never force it and watch the you tube videos of the folks who know how to do it. It is really, really, easy. Others have pointed out the door zipper can be difficult to zip. This is also true and more so when the tent is staked out. It is not a one handed operation, but to be just, on all three of my Sierra Designs tents, it is a two handed operation also, and mostly where the door corves when they are put up tight. The Coleman was the same, though it is slightly harder to zip up. I’d ding it for that, but I got used to it pretty fast. It is another thing where being gentle with it will have rewards. Some have pointed out the cloth floor as an issue. Though, many tents have fabric flows this one seems thin and may be a vulnerable spot. I used a small tarp under It (I use fitted ground cloths with my other tents). I sized the tarp so most of the water running off the tent hit dirt and not the tarp (so the water does not go under the tent). I did not have any problems. Finally, it comes down to how many stars. I could easily say my Sierra Designs, tents are 5 stars and therefore this must be something far less. However, the Sierra Designs tents cost three to five times as much! The ease of setup earns this tent a great score. For the price this Coleman Popup is 100% worth it. Five stars.

This is the only way to go on the beach. Family of 4 with 3 additional visitors and we’re all covered and enjoying the shade on a 95* beach day. 8x8 model. Had several people inquire about it while it was setup. Easy setup. No hassle coverage all day. No bothersome noise. Easy pack up. Simply the best we have used, period. Whatever the guy had in front of us had to be re-situated multiple times. He was having a horrible time.

These stakes are long and seem to be made of some incredibly tough metal like rebar. The welding job looks and feels strong!! I stuck a few in the ground to get a feel for how strong they are... I will say, if something is pulling at these at an angle, these stakes will absolutely not pull out!!! Great product!!

The outer bag has backpack handles which is so nice for the beach, then you take the tent out and it just pops right up! So stinking easy. There’s bags to fill with sand and stakes to strap the corners down. The windows are such a nice touch to get a nice breeze! To fold back together at first was a little confusing but I just followed the steps that were printed out in my bag step by step and after that it basically folded itself back up and I just tucked it in, it fit right back in to the bag. Absolutely love!!! Can’t wait to use at the beach!

This tent held up great in a storm and some rain there was no water that got in. In comparison to REI a few tents had water come in. This tent is very light weight and compact, it was also easy to find at night due to the reflectors on the line and outside the tent. I would highly recommend this for thru-hikers on those long trips it help up 8 days without any adjustments. As a plus this tent was very spacious with my gear in it as well.

Perfect for the pool! Take up and down for the season. Easy to put up but the instructions could be more clear as it was difficult to figure out where the poles went. Other than that, happy with it!
