The tent came with 3 poles It’s the large 20’X 13’ . I bought 7 of these 6.5’ poles so there is one at each sand bag. So much more room and better vision. In heavy wind the three poles make the tent unusable.
So you'll see this review for the other products I purchased to add this little piece of paradise to my backyard. I have just retired from the military, and of course I started doing all the work around the house that I never had the time or energy for. When I saw I had a patch of yard room enough to put something, I found this 10' diameter Intex pool. It came well packaged, was a typical pain in the rear to put together (I don't read instructions until after the fact.../flex). Overall, it went together nicely. Filled it up, got the pump working (the pump is subpar...it'll work for now but I will upgrade sooner rather than later). I got the 10' Intex solar cover (solar - ha, funny...blue bubble wrap is solar now?) and it fits well. It helped keep the leaves and twigs out. If he adds some warmth to the water, I don't know. I live in central Texas. It's going to be warm regardless. So the pool is great. 30" deep, perfect for just sitting. I had a small camping table I put next to it. I got an HB Illumination speaker to pair to my phone. It's meant to float but the sound sucks when it's in the water. I added the Coleman 15x13 screened tent canopy a few days later. It fits perfectly. Enough room to cover the camping table and pump as well as enclose the little step stool ladder I have. The Coleman tent is easy to assemble - but MAKE SURE THE POLES ARE ON THE OUTSIDE! I read that review earlier and brain dumped it. Then I was cursing the existence of humanity when I got to the last pole and couldn't get it to snap into place. Yea - poles on the outside, poles on the outside...poles on the outside. It has two zipper entrances and like I said - it covers the pool perfectly. Keeps the bugs out. Get a camping LED light/lantern that emits the yellow/bug blind light and you're set to spend your warm summer evenings sitting in a pool, listening to crickets and frogs (or in my city case - traffic), and just relax the stress away. So unless I modify this review - I strongly suggest anyone considering this pool and/or the Coleman screen tent to buy. Good purchases. Addendum: For the Coleman, it comes with the small metal stakes. These will be fine if you are a setup/teardown user (ie camping, weekend use). For me, these would only fit the holes in the pole bases...but each pole base also had a fabric loop. I bought some glow in the dark tent stakes for these fabric loops to add more stability as I don't intend to take this down unless I move the pool. It does come with ropes on each pole so you can stake those in for even more stability, but I am foregoing that for now. If I need to use them I'll update to report how it goes.
Love the ease of setup! The size should be listed as huge! 😀 I was super impressed by how many people could sit comfortably inside. The quality is amazing and I am totally pleased with my purchase!
I have a tent like this already. Love the tent, but needed a smaller one. I ordered a smaller one while on vacation due to next day delivery. I ordered a design that would compliment the beach chairs I have. The wrong design was sent and I don't have the time or resources where I'm vacationing to return it.☹️ It's disappointing
Bought it for our anual camping trips and couldn't be happier. It survived rain, wind and kids. Very comfortable to use and I love that the bottom is detachable so I could clean it separately from the rest of the tent. Used it for my daughter's birthday party sleepover and everyone loved how glampy it is, so I started to have requests from my friends to borrow it.
A very good purchase. It's very complete. It comes with tubes for assembling it and ties. It's large enough and comes in a bag that doesn't take up much space. It's excellent for summer beach days.
Great shower tent with a lot of features! First off, obviously easy quick set up. Yes, its super light! Next, I like that it has a hanger for a shower bag and an overhead storage pocket. There is a hook for your shower head and a Velcro strap to secure your water line. Also as shown in the video, you have a pass through in case you are using an alternate source instead of a shower bag. Although because of the frame design of the tent, it does feel plenty sturdy enough to accommodate most shower bags. To the right as you enter you have an included line to hang clothes or a towel on. Super easy to pack away, and what I love is that the carrying case has extra room to easily put back in. Not like most camp tents you have to be really good at superbly refolding your item to be able to fit. Another nice touch is the included band at the base of the legs to keep them together when folding back up. My only star deduction is because as you can see in the pictures, the slip joints that allow you to extend the length of the legs, had a good bit of rust particles that just "poofed" out as I was setting up. This was during a first time setup, immediately out of the brand new sealed box. A bit worrying, but only time will tell on longevity. Still, great tent for what its worth.
This shelter was very easy to setup and to take down. It provides ample room to move about if you are working on a task in a limited amount of space. Two small windows provide some ventilation and one side completely opens up as a door. My only issue with it is that the bag is barely large enough to fit the tent back in. On the job site you may be rushed to get home at the end of the day or you may be working in less than pleasant weather so being able to packup the tent in a hurry is a must. Other than that, this tent is quite adequate.
Great quality. Has wooden dowels that go into the sand as opposed to plastic like some other ones I’ve seen, so it’s very sturdy. The fabric is perfect. Not too thin and not so thick that it’s heavy. Comes with a carry bag and a mallet. Just perfect. You really get what you pay for with this one. Highly recommend. Would buy again.
The cabana is easy to set up. Very sturdy and works great on a windy day. Once that cabana is up with the sides down and sand inside the pockets that sucker is not going any where. I would buy it again.
Bought this rain tarp for a backpacking trip with my son. We decided to use hammocks and this tarp was perfect for covering both of us! The included guy lines and tensioners, along with the stakes, worked perfect for reaching the proper tie off/stake points at our campsite. We used a branch we found nearby for some added vertical pitch (as pictured), and I had no concerns about the tarp ripping. There is also a tie point on the center of the tarp that you can tie to a branch or anchor point up above to create similar pitch. Great product! Lightweight but durable!
This beach tent is incredible! I have been looking for a tent big enough for my family of 4 this summer and I am so glad I found it. It is fairly easy to put together (I was able to set it up within 5 minutes). I highly recommend to get an extra hand to set up if the day is windy, but once up it's incredibly sturdy and stays in place. My two toddlers loved playing in the tent which allows for a nice break in the shade. My favorite part was being able to pull the 3 mesh windows, which we pulled down when changing my toddler's diapers for some privacy. We also used the mesh windows to allow for my daughter to take a quick nap protecting her from the sunlight. Taking down the tent takes a little bit more time, but with practice it becomes pretty easy. Once packed it is easy to carry and takes very little space in the trunk. Highly recommend for everyone, especially for families with young kids!
We have used this a few times this year for baseball and let me just say we’re are so impressed! Not only does it protect from the rain- it’s awesome against the wind. Even with the door open it blocks the wind and traps in heat so well that my husband is currently wearing a tee shirt while others are in winter coats and blankets. It’s kind of a pain to set up, but totally worth it!! Room enough for four people
I spent a lot of time thinking about buying this tent because I was trying to justify the price point and there wasn’t many reviews with photos, but I’m SO GLAD I went with this. I absolutely LOVE this tent and how well it fit the aesthetic I was going for. Ir also kept us nice and cozy through the night. You can open up three sides of the tent and there’s a place to attach a lantern at the top of the tent. It perfectly fit our queen sized air mattress with just a little bit of leeway for access to the pump. We zipped up the door in the middle when we slept and it gets pretty warm in there and there isn’t much ventilation. If it was hot at night, I’m not sure how comfortable it would be because you might have to sacrifice a bit of privacy on the screen side of the tent to get better ventilation. There’s probably workarounds you can do about this though. During the day we rolled up the walls to get a breeze going through the tent. Keep in mind that I am not an avid camper by any means, and so I can’t speak on the durability of the tent especially since I haven’t experienced what it was like under any serious weather conditions. My only complaint is that I wish there was an actual layer for the door other than just a screen door. We had to rely on the outer layer of the tent to completely it. I would still buy 100% buy this tent again despite knowing that though and it isn’t too much of an issue for me. Also, I wish it came with more poles so that we could have all of the awnings up at the same time.
Super easy setup, about 15 minutes total with another person. Two people are needed, if only to stretch the frame into place. Everything else is quick and self explanatory. There’s only one single hook along the top of one of the walls , so you’ll want to grab some magnet hooks for hanging stuff. Windows are nice and big and zippers function smoothly. Solid tub style floor looks pretty waterproof, the edges come up about 6”. We haven’t used it in the rain yet. Door closes completely, totally bug proof. Totally open screened top, so this isn’t exactly for winter camping, but it’ll stay nice and dry under the canopy in hot-cool weather. Seams are all sewn straight and well, there are extra flaps of tent fabric at the joints where the top rubs the canopy frame, which was a nice afterthought. My ten year old and I were able to set this up without issue. The cube is great, the entirety of the interior can be used, since it’s all the same height, unlike dome tents where only the very center can actually be stood up in. It came with four sandbags, but I think water filled ones will be more versatile at actual campsites that may or may not have sand available. It’s not really that heavy for such a big tent. I’m pleased, it even seems that it’ll fit back into its bag, which has wheels.
