Not knowing how camping tarps work, I thought it might have been baulky but they are normal unless you spend $200 ultra light backpacking gear. so I gave it a try. I opened up this 12’x 10′ it was like instantly stepping in to big house. Everyone shoes off and stepped in and playing board game or toys. What a hit! I bought one of these several years ago, and use it as an awning off the back of my truck topper! It has seen a lot of use in all kinds of weather! The multiple tie outs provide almost unlimited options and configurations! The loops are very well made and I have never torn one out even in high winds and heavy rain! When I saw this for 50% off I grabbed another one! Have seen other name tarps like this one for a lot more money but it better quality! Highly recommend!!!

Well….everything that was promised with the package was included. looks to be a solid tarp. As other reviews highlighted, may be a bit heavy for hiking weight wise but it looks solid. going on a 2 day trek this WE so ill post later.
