The rods are too long to fit. I can’t get it assembled. Is there a trick? I pull the fabric as tight as I can, I’m a big strong guy, and I can’t get it in the hole. If anyone has a suggestion, I’d appreciate it. I looked for a way to contact the manufacturer, but I couldn’t find one.

Actually we like the tent it was easy to set up and had a floor some tent do not have floor..But the problem was the chemical smell it was so bad we tried washing it with the garden hose and it did get a little better but the next we got sick and wasn’t willing to tried it again
