Love it! We have a smaller one of this brand which we got free from credit union points! Started using it to save money at hotels (I AM NOT a tent person. I like my comfy bed and a bathroom closer than 50 feet.) But practicality and frugality won out. As we planned a summer trip, I said I wanted something with more room. We bought a 12-person tent from Sam’s Club that supposedly goes up in 2 minutes. It was a nightmare and a pile snapped instantly. We returned it. I suggested to hubby to look for this brand in a larger size since it’s been great so far. No leaking, easy assembly. We found this great deal and bought it. It’s just like our other one so we assembled it very quickly and used it in the upper peninsula of Michigan. It was great! We always hang a tarp over for extra protection and we had no problems with rain although we did have some rain get in because we left the windows open😕…would highly recommend!

We got caught in a storm. Expected rain but the wind was only forecasted to be about 20 mph. Turns out gusts spiked to 40 mph and rain was very heavy for nearly an hour. The coleman tents held up no problem, small amount of water and no structural issues. The Wenzel was utterly destroyed and had about 1/4-1-2 inch of water standing in it.
