   This tent was an absolute gem at the beaches on our trip to Hawaii! We were able to carry it on the plane with us and it was super light and easy to carry. It pops up in seconds and is so easy to set up! It fit 3 adults nicely! There’s a bag on each corner that you can fill with sand which was perfect on the beach because it kept the tent from blowing away on windy days. It was a little tricky to fold up, but after a few tries, I figured it out. I’ll definitely be taking this tent to every beach I visit in the future – it’s wonderful!

   This little tent was heaven on the beach. Easy to put up, easy to take down. We packed it in our suitcase with no issues. 4 of us could fit in for some shade, but was easier to rotate a couple at a time, as the others enjoyed the ocean. Honestly our redhead and our little blonde did not get burns because of this portable pop up (along with their high SPF sunscreen, of course)

   Took it to the beach in May of 2023… my companian and I both fell asleep inside. Its was pretty cozy and shielding, although it wasn’ too hot out. It was very convenient. It popped right up, and folded down. You can sit in a chair inside of it too so its definitely a nice size.

   I really like this tent. I’ve used it about 7 times now on the beach! It’s a good size for 1-2 people. I love that it closes all the way up so I’ve used it as a changing room many times. It’s really easy to setup obviously it just opens itself. Then I throw my bags in to weigh it down while I fill the sand bags. When it’s windier than ~10mph I do use the cords and stakes. Those have worked well but I wish the cords were a visible color so people don’t trip over them!

   Breaking it down is not hard (you just gotta act fast to fold it up if it’s windy!). I practiced in my house 3 times folding it so I could easily do it at the beach by myself. My tips for folding it: leave the front door flap unzipped. When you fold it down, do it right at the logo name (not matching top all the way to bottom, just at logo). Put your knee on it like they recommend. Fold both sides in **at the same time** that has been really crucial to me. Basically, do as the tag instructions show.

   Mine has not deformed at all, but I try to alternate which direction I fold it. Even if it does eventually go out of shape, it’s like $30. I’d just buy it again! Highly recommend!

   The tent is nice and easy to set up, just throw and go. However, putting it back up was a hassle. It took three of us and about an hour to figure it out. I had to watch a video as the paper instructions was not helpful. Otherwise, it protected us from the sun and was nicely weighted.

   We bought this for $60 instead of the Shibumi since that one is way too expensive at $300. This is supposed to have two sets of poles and a snap together in the middle. We found that it works better when you don’t put the back poles in, stick the front poles directly in the ground, and let it fly in the wind like the other brand. The only thing it needs is a pole clip on each side so the sail stays in place.

    Nowhere near as simple to put away as implied, it may have been a breeze to put up and It offered great shade, was fairly sturdy as well as lightweight to carry but the headache of trying to put this away was truly not something I ever wanted to experience again! My partner and I were so frustrated with this and each other after trying to fold this up for almost maybe 45 mins? Definitely wanted my money back after that.

    Good product. Nice size, no fuss putting it up it pretty much springs out of the bag into action.
    I didnt want to use the pins and was worried the sandbags wouldnt hold (its always windy at the beaches in sydney), however it withstood the wind. I did struggle for 5-10mins putting it back into the bag (hence why only 4 stars). I did watch the video- but i should of did a refresher before i actually used it.

    It is not a pop up tent. It is an A frame tent. We can not wait to use this tent in the summer time because it will provide a lot of shade. The tent comes with 3 poles, 2 short, 1 long. The 2 short poles go in on the sides first and the long pole goes in the front of the tent. Spacious for a 2 to 3 person tent.
