Just what I needed for my home pit. I ended up cutting about 4″ off a 5 gallon bucket. Dig 6″ trench to fit a 3′ by 4′ frame with 2×6 treated wood. Dig another hole within trench to sink the bucket so that the pole (in the bucket) is 15″ above the frame Fill it up with concret and set the pole angled 15 degrees leaning forward. Let it cure (covered) a few days. Add weed liner and sand….and then grab a beer and clank some horseshoes with a friend.
