Pros:
– Tyvek look alike
– Lightweight and folds easily
– Works perfect as a ground tarp under tents
– Easy to cut to size

Cons:
– Very loud until it softens up

Overall:
This stuff is wonderful. Lighter than regular ground tarps for under a tent and just as tough.
